After arriving back at work with my pick up of not 1 but 2 orders of fried pickles... there's no sauce so I called to see if it was my fault. I was informed that they don't automatically come with the sauce you have to select it separately. oh ok I went back on the site to see where I went wrong... I didn't there's nowhere for that being optional. Bite into the pickles anyway they've definitely been fried in old/burnt grease. Apparently there's no compensation for this situation so no I wouldn't recommend this place.

Never have an issue getting a table whenever I stop in for a meal. The restaurant is usually not that busy. I've had the Scorpion Burger with a chicken patty substitute as well as the Buzzin Burger, again with a chicken substitute. Both were delicious but my favorite is Buzzin. If you sign up for the rewards club, you get a free burger for your birth month!

We are regular Bloomingdale Red Robbin customers. We used to go once a month to eat there but it all ended as of yesterday. They need to hire more help. We ordered appetizers they never came out, we order more drinks and those never came out. They ended up not charging us for the appetizers but the point is we wanted them which is why we ordered them. We said our last goodbye to Matt and Julie yesterdayUnfortunately we will have to find a new place with better service

Do not come here if you want cold food. Ordered 3 wraps with fries and they all came out cold. Somebody else in my party ordered a burger and was told it would be an extra minute. 15 minutes later and still no burger. Ended up taking it to go since everyone else in the party was done. The world may be short staffed but food should not be coming out cold. Server never came around to our table or asked if we wanted bottomless fries etc. do not recommend

I was there earlier this afternoon with my mom, and they have the sweetest and most attentive staff. The hostess greeted us warmly and she was adorable and downright amazing, as was our waitress, who went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. Will definitely make this my favorite location!

I hate to say this, but we will NEVER be back to this location at Stratford Square mall red Robin. From the start, the hostess gave attitude as we waited 6 minutes to get seated in an almost empty dining room. We ordered our food and sat for an hour waiting. While catering to every to go order, our waitress finally came back to say they're delayed on our order. Another 20 minutes go by and they finally "found" our order and were working on it. We ended up getting it to go. We got home, and absolutely nothing was correct with the 3 burger meals ordered.I WILL say the young lady manager was absolutely fantastic. She handled our problem very professionally and waived our bill. I could see her frustration with her staff. It's a shame the entire staff didn't want to work besides her and actually care for the customers.

We we're told it would be a 15 min wait. After 40 minutes we had to ask how long it would be. Plenty of availability for two people. After being seated for 15 minutes no waitress came to even greet us or take our order. We got up and left. Don't recommend this location.
Really bad experience surver gave us attitude the whole time. But it wasn't just my table all the tables around us. Even the family who came to celebrate their kids birthday ?

Ordered dinner for a 6:11 pickup. Arrived and called in for curbside deliver at 6:15 and was told they would bring it out when ready. Waited until 6:30 to call in again ask where the food was. "Just came out and we are bagging it now". I asked them to make sure its not cold because it seems like a wait. No problem I was assured. Ice. Cold. Garbage. No extra fries.
