I put a mobile order through 8 minutes before I pulled up to the window. The barista made it sound like I was a problem. They couldn't find the order, and let me know how busy they are, I was in absolutely no rush so I said not to worry, but there was clear frustration. After I received my drink, I had a panic attack, I only order decaf, they 100% put full forced shots in my drink and almost ended up in the ER. I will never go here again.

Came in on Saturday, January 6th, at approximately 12:40 PM. Place was not busy and waited 15 minutes for one (1) Macchiato and one (1) slice of pumpkin bread. The floor behind the counter was a mess, and both the coffee and pumpkin bread were lukewarm. Unacceptable!!!

This is my favorite starbucks to go to, everything is great about it, the workers are all super friendly and great. Only reason I'm rating it 3/5 is because today I waited 18 mins for my mobile order drink and ended up being late to work bc of that

There’s bees and fruit flies on the desserts and food items and lacking general cleanliness. Do not get any food items from here-
The absolute best thing about this store are the partners who keep it from crumbling the rest of the way. As a former partner of 4 years at this location, I am TRULY saddened to see how far this store has fallen. 15 partners down, how many left to go? This store operated 1000 times better before the original store manager left. Neither partners nor customers receive the proper Starbucks experience anymore when the store manager constantly has a bad attitude, talks down to partners, and disrespects her team. These partners work hard and deserve better.

The service and product at this location are typically average. Today, I ordered a "hot" apple crisp drink, and an iced version was made instead. The young lady who both took my order and subsequently made my drink seemed annoyed that I pointed out her mistake with my order and offered no apology upon correcting her mistake. Just laid the drink down with no acknowledgment or apology. Looks like they're shorthanded and/or undertrained at this location.
