I am sorry to say that this particular Subway located in the Bloomingdale WalMart leaves much to be desired. I will only focus on 3 items that so infuriated me that I am compelled to yelp on YELP. 1) My first pet peeve with this Subway is the inconsistencies of it hours. One day it will be open till 8 or 9 and the following day the place closes at 6pm (or at least the iron barricaded fence door will be so pulled/ closed off as to not allow potential customers to venture inside the store. 2) My 2nd pet peeve is perhaps moreso with the Subway app itself. Nothing is more annoying than to venture onto the Subway app and potentially order via the app when midway thru the ordering process a pop-up message proclaiming that this particular Subway is not accepting orders via the app. 3) What I cant understand is why do the folks at Subway corporate headquarters like monitor their Subway franchises more thoroughly? My goodness were I so desiring to have a Subway franchise I would definitely love to have a prime location such as a busy location inside a walMart; especially during the late afternoons to early evening (5pm-8pm) when WalMart customers will be coming shopping hungry say after school or work and such. Instead they (such as myself) are confounded to see a closed Subway (albeit many times when one can easily see Subway individuals behind the Subway counter).. I guess I will conclude by asking whoever is responsible for operating this particular Subway, do you even want a profitable Subway ? If not your doing a fine job of losing business to other Subways and or dining venues near the Bloomingdale WalMart. I wont even venture to articulate thoughts about this Subways not accepting the BOGO (buy one get one) offers that I am constantly offered via the Subway app or other coupon offers.

I enjoy subway, but the service at the bloomingdale location is terrible. Stop texting and make my sandwich. Never going to the bloomingdale location again.

I was ready to order so I went up to the counter. No one was there, but food was out and the fountain drink machine was on. I heard a couple of their employees talking in the back. I stood by the counter for 5 minutes until I asked for someone. I yelled out "excuse me" because it was loud from the self- check out area and they were talking in the back. I tried to be as patient and respectful as I can, but no one came out. I yelled out a 2nd time, "excuse me!", and an employee finally came out after they were talking in the back for 5 minutes. She had the audacity to wave in my face disrespectfully and that was her way of saying "we're closed". I asked her "you're closed?" and she replied yes. Then why was the store open in the first place? Why was food and drinks out? I called to speak to a manager twice and no one answered the phone. So disrespectful.

Food was good. But, I'm very disappointed that they are discontinuing my favorite sandwich, Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken and also the Meatball Sub.
