This location doesn’t accept Any Subway coupons. Subs are very average in terms of the amount of meat & toppings. Regular price for most foot long subs is $10-$11! For a very average sandwich. For that price I can get a great sub with better meat & more toppings on better quality bread at Jersey Mike’s. Word of advice Subway, customers come to your location because your subs with a coupon are $2-$3 less than Jersey Mike’s/Firehouse & other shops. All of them serve a better sub than you do. Not coming back here ever and suggest nobody else does either, Subway no way!

This place is such a rude mess, even though their bread was baked with long hair they did not refund my money. I had to throw out sandwiches and when I went there that lady was just keep on working and finished what she was doing for almost 10 minutes, they have bell on counter to inform them but even after 2 to 3 bells she just kept doing her thing and acted like she doesn’t care. I have attached picture of sandwich with hair. Unhealthy place needs to close.

Ordered online and they didn't get it right.. The veggie had one spinach leaf.. Not an exaggeration.. Skimpy on ingredients.. Not a good value.

They don’t take subway coupons ??? Why ? Their a franchise Veggies are always old looking and frozen in the metal catering pan. When ordering the daily special and ask to only put one slice of meat on it , they charge you for a sandwich of the one piece of meat u have them put on it , so it’s no longer the 3.99 special. Which, it is a win win for them because your having them put less meat on the sandwich. Going to a different subway from now on. There’s plenty in the vicinity. Industrial workers .. there’s a subway 3 blocks away on Army Trail Rd and it’s a Better Subway hands down.

I order a sandwich and as I’m checking out I try to use a coupon that says valid in restaurants but this location apparently doesn’t accept coupons. So that’s $13 for a foot long, chips, and cookie. No drink. Then I wanted to use the bathroom and was told it’s out of order. Won’t be going to this location anymore. The woman was also not at the counter when I walked in. She was at a table playing videos on her phone and I patiently waited for her to get behind the counter. She did the same thing to some customers that walked in 15 mins after me. They had to go around the corner and get her attention because she didn’t hear them come in because her video was too loud.

So, this location has decided that they will no longer accept any coupons, along with all the other locations in the area. They tried to claim that Subway refuses to let them accept coupons anymore, and they would do it if they could. Doesn't make sense-so Subway refuses to allow those franchisees to accept coupons? Lol.. They are full of it. We will NEVER good back to a Subway again. Jersey Mike's is much better, I look forward to Subway closing it's doors in the next few years.

Horrible staff. Coupon didnt work on tuna even though it should. Too busy on phone. I was here at 3:50PM Dec. 9th. Apparently its a recurring thing for the lady to act rude. Please train that person better or even better, fire her. Theres no reason for her to yell at customers.

I ordered two footlongs. One cold cut trio that the worker put the meat on the sub but not all the deli paper came off the meat so the worker tore off pieces of meat that the paper was attached. I should have asked her to redo it but there was a line. Then I ordered a turkey when I got home to eat it the turkey meat was spoiled and couldn't eat the rest .I know subway is changing practices and etc. But this is the first time I ever had a problem

I just want to say that I do not like the person doing my subs talking ( airpods) while i place my order. She was talking to someone on the phone and i had to repeat the sub and kind of bread i needed at the beginning. It is just not professional.
