Ordered the Sizzling Chicken and Shrimp; while it came to table as ordered (no cheese or mashed potatoes), the chicken was over grilled, tough and chewey (no amount of Marinara could help it) and the six "shrimp" were very small. Put together, they might have equalled one 10-12 count Shrimp, but doubtful. Ordered Grandson's (2 yrs.) kids meal same time as ordering appetizer and it was the LAST food out of the kitchen for our table. By that time, he had lost ALL interest in eating anything. Money wasted there.?Husband ordered a specific alcoholic drink "on the rocks," and it was presented in a Martini glass and definitely NOT "on the rocks." Had to explain to Server exactly how drink should be mixed and presented and the Bar finally got it right the second time.It will be a long time before we return to that particular store for any food.

We went to Friday's as a second choice on a Saturday night when it turned out the restaurant we intended to go to was too long a wait. We were seated right away at TGIF's, but then we sat there at the table for about 10 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. We expected this because the host who sat us told us they were short on servers. Our server, when he arrived, did a very good job, but it was clear he was responsible for pretty much the whole restaurant. Even so, our food arrived reasonably quickly after we ordered, and everything was right, and everything was pretty good. Prices are not bad at Friday's. Our family of 7 enjoyed the time there. Our only complaint was the general slowness due to not having enough servers.

Staff are EXTREMELY rude. I am an Uber eats driver and I came to pick up an order and I was standing up front for 10 minutes and no one even noticed me. I walked to the back and looked at the orders waiting to be picked up and they told me I couldn’t be back there even though the sign says pick up orders. The woman said it is only for people that are picking up for themselves which is fine. But she sent me back up front and another Uber driver walked in and walked to the back and got his order and walked back out. I know he was an Uber eats driver because I talked to him. So I walked back there again after waiting and a girl with brown hair in a bun and glasses was very rude to me and didn’t care I had been waiting a long time and told me to go wait back up front again. When she handed me my food a few minutes later I said thank you and she just gave me a dirty look.

So disappointing, came to celebrate my son's graduation, the ribs were delicious but my sons meat was terrible and very burnt, and the service was worse, son asked for no pickles, or tomatoes and the service did not care. Overall, the service was not good at all, and I wished I could have enjoyed this special day at the restaurant better. I think in order for a restaurant to strive, it must have good customer service to begin with, however this restaurant did not provide that. Extremely disappointed, and I hope others are able to maintain a better service than the one I received.

Empty parking lot, clean empty tables, but still a 30 minute wait? Under staffed or unprofessional staff? (No bar seating) Either way, I dont see them making it through this "covid restricted" life. (Poor quality food, too)Anyways right next door had a packed parking lot with ZERO wait time. Bar seating is also available. Anyways has plastic space bearers as well. Anyways will definitely stay in business. (Better quality food)
