Portillo's should seriously consider using their own employees to deliver and NOT DOORDASH! Even when you add special instructions for delivery, they NEVER GET IT RIGHT!!! I never received the order, or so I thought, so I was hold for over 20 minutes waiting for them to track my order and to reissue and new order. Well.... 1 1/2 hours LATER, one of my co-workers brought the bag that was delivered to the wrong part of the building and left outside the door to get cold. I'm BEYOND frustrated with how very lazy dashers are that they can't even read simple directions. NOT Happy by any means!

It's typical fast food. Nothing special here. Quality- The Italian beef sandwich is ok. It is loaded with gravy but the meat is still very dry. The fries were also stale. The only thing I liked was the vanilla shake. Quantity- prices were a dollar more expensive than the last time I was here. Atmosphere- same as all portilos. It's got a theme from a decade of the 1900s. Service- pretty fast.

Overpriced low quality food. I ordered a burger with lettuce and tomato and onion rings. The onion rings were burnt and hollow and the lettuce they put on the burger was a wilted pathetic piece of rotten greens. Never again!

you did not give me my cheese fries. i hope whoever did not give me my cheese fries has hot pillows tonight. i hope you stub your toe. i hope every time you check your blind spot there's someone there. i hope your favorite hoodie gets stained. i hope someone always forgets your cheese fries. do better

I'm really hoping this was just a one off incident but I'm not sure how anyone could overlook this mold when they were putting this together. I've been to plenty of Portillo's locations in the area and generally have good experiences at all of them. This is more of a warning to people who use third party services. I used GrubHub credit that I had to do a pick up order. When I got home and discovered mold on my sandwich, I went onto Portillo's customer service but because I had used GrubHub, they said there was nothing they could do and to just contact GrubHub. Not sure how they expected GrubHub to rectify the situation since this wasn't a delivery/mishandling issue or anything that had to do with GrubHub. I gave the customer service rep all the info including time of order and order on the ticket number. Yes, I could've driven back to complain but that was the last thing I wanted to do. It was late and I was tired coming back home from a weekend trip. Lesson learned, I guess. If you order via third party and the quality of your food is subpar, don't expect them to do anything about it.

Hot dogs are hidden in the bun there is more relish and mustard then there is a hot dog. The beef was OK as usual and the fries were hard and greasey

We love portillos. The location was newer, very clean , and quick. We enjoyed hotdogs and beef sandwhiches. We will always come back to get the best beef sandwhiches.

This Portillos location has a situation with efficiency and attitude. They unfortunately aren't efficient and they have a terrible attitude about it. They get your order incorrect and then their feeling is this is ... good enough for you. The food is typically good although it is incredibly overpriced like any Portillo's location but with that side of attitude and no consistent quality control. Bloomingdale Portillos is not a location I will patronize any longer.I can see clearly what's wrong with this almost $30 cake but the the person who sold it to my daughter either couldn't or couldn't care less.

March 24, 2023 - Friday nightSince Portillo's sold out to Berkshire Hathaway, the quality of the food has gone downhill and the prices have gone uphill. The last time we ate inside, we ordered simple Hamburgers, French Fries and Soft Drinks. The hamburgers tasted like they were sitting on the rack because they were all dried out. The buns did not taste fresh either. French Fries were cold, dried out and not even salted. We returned to the cashier who had one Hamburger re-made. It was delivered to our table and the taste was improved; however, the French Fries were still not fresh, probably taken from the same batch and just re-heated without even being salted. They tasted like frozen fries that were heated up with no salt. The food quality has gone downhill in our estimation.

I really love the decor and style at this location!!! There are always plenty of seats inside, but the parking can be tough, I mean really tough. I usually park in the lot connected to the strip mall and walk a few hundred feet. The problem is the drive thru is small and wraps around blocking parking spots and you can be blocked in from getting out.Friendly staff, food is almost always ready on time. Washrooms are clean, tables and chairs are constantly being wiped down. Food is hot and I've never had an issue with a wrong order or a mix up at this location.

Can't find a website for this place, so I have no idea of the menu or really anything about it. Sad because I was interested in trying the place.
