Was my first time eating from here and I ordered my food for pick up. When I received it it was still warm and the food was packaged to my liking. I had ordered the sunshine skillet with triple meat I think. Only problem I had was the potatoes..they were a bit crunchy so I don't think they were cooked long enough.. but the overall skillet was delicious ? especially the gravy which I was nervous to try. My husband had the platter of pancakes with bacon and eggs and hash browns and sausage links. He liked everything but had a slight problem with the hash browns being overcooked. Other than that I cannot wait to order here again and try something else ?
Food was disappointing. Service so-so. Haven't been to this restaurant in a while. I didn't feel the quality was up to Bob Evans standards.Parking: Adequate lot. Handicapped just ok. Would have been better to have handicapped entrance on south side, which would require less walking.

We eat out a lot in Bloomington/Normal and seldom do I write a review. I am this time because the food was not good and service was the absolute worst I’ve experienced in years. Server did not check on us at all- I asked for my dinner rolls - but she brought them after we had finished our meal and about ready to leave. My coleslaw was warm- warmer than my chicken dinner. I will not be going back and highly do not recommend this place.

Reason I’m giving it only 3 stars is because What is this!? $5 for a piece of pie that isn’t even a whole piece & is fallen apart. Then only 3-4 pieces of broccoli?! & I know this isn’t normal because I order this Exact meal & dessert ALL the time from here! This meal was from Monday 1-22-24 @ 6:30

We dined in for brunch for my buddies birthday and was very disappointed in the service we received and the quality of the food. We waited 10 min alone just for our server Kiki to bring us our drinks not to mention I had to physically get up and refill my own coffee?? What ?? Our server NEVER checked on us not once forgot side dishes didn’t bring us our appetizer until our meal came out she didn’t even have the decency to bring us our check and we spent about 25-30$ a person! The gravy had this gross film to the point it would not even stick to the biscuits same with the syrup as we dump the little shot glass size of syrup upside down like we are at Dairy Queen absolutely disgusting we weren’t even offered any take out boxes we have NEVER dined here before and NEVER will again!
