Ordered online for pick up, 10 boneless and 10 traditional wings. Traditional turned into boneless and were cold, when I called to get a refund for the difference, I was told that it had to go from the manager, to the area manager, to the regional manager, to corporate, then process through there before they could give me a refund for messing up my order. They have steadily gone downhill for several years and at this point, I think people only go because they can watch sports events. Hopefully kids start realizing that bars have the same ability and instead go to a local bar.

Walked in at 7:35pm and the cleaning lights were on throughout the dining and bar area. I figured that might be temporary because of some briefly scheduled cleaning routine that would soon be over, but the cleaning lights remained on throughout the hour plus visit. The largest TV in my viewing lane was changed to "BIG Bang Theory" as soon as I sat down. It's not like a game had just ended on TBS either. I understand that sometimes a game ends and a non-sports show comes on, but this was not the case. I saw the menu guide come up, the operator cycled through pages and landed on "Big Bang Theory" and selected that show. Meanwhile on a tiny TV at the bar I saw a Blackhawks game. Chicago sports in Illinois should be a priority at BWW .. a soccer game replayed from Venezuela should be a priority over "BIG Bang Theory." I used points from my BWW app to buy an appetizer .. my waitress saw me place the points towards the appetizer on the app. Later, when the bill arrived, the appetizer was billed out despite my rewards points being gone from my points total. She said nothing could be done because the app is unreliable. I asked if she could get a Manager's approval since she saw the points leave my account. She denied asking for help saying nothing could be done, and my only option would be to call some number online and ask for my points back. I feel bad for this waitress who was too afraid to ask for help and was given a phony line by some semblance of management. She was poorly trained at BWW and perhaps ... prior to employment, lacked training in common sense or empathy.- Disappointed Regular Customer

Very lovely joint, amazing atmosphere and relatively quick service, not super busy. Gil was a W waiter so we tipped him extra. Ate a lot of spicy candy beforehand so now I’m constipated but overall delicious! Bathrooms also smell nice ?

I'm not one for snarky reviews, but I'm continually baffled at the poor quality of take-out food from BWW. It has been several weeks since our order (12/20/23) but the celery someone thought was worthy of bagging up was *literally* rotten, you can see that it's mushy in the photos. And the ends that weren't mushy are clearly so dried out. I don't know if they only have time to prep celery and carrots on a biweekly basis or what(?!) but it's truly next level. And it's not a situation where they can say "whoops our fridge got a little too cold that day and they froze" - it was clearly super old and rotting. If you run out of edible veggies, maybe just remove the order option from the website instead of sending *actual compost*.

Service was a little slower then usual. Almost felt forgotten about. But there was quite a bit of people. My drinks were cold. So were are wings :(. Dose not mean I won't be back!!!:) $90 - 4 people. Not bad!

My takeout order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 11:20. I arrived at 11:18. No one was at the front counter. I had to make a phone call after 5 minutes to BBWWs just to get someone to come to the counter. I was then told my order was not ready yet. I went to the bar to order a beer, but no bartender. I had to search to find someone to serve me a beer. WTF?
