Food is okay. Sweet tea is on the menu but every time I order it they said they only have Unsweetened tea. Remove it from the menu if you're not going to make it.

I was excited to try the new item that was big and plastered across the menu...a bacon jam burger or something of that sort only to be told that they don't have the ingredients for the burger but I can get a classic bacon burger ? I would think if something like that wasn't available it wouldn't be so big and bold on the menu but hopefully next time I'll be able to try it. Fries are good as usual..and the bacon king was good because it's usually my go to anyways.

I was gonna complain cuz the food took so long, and the young man at the window just stared at me like a deer in headlights and never said anything lol.. but the food was so good I cant complain :) seems to be a theme here in Bloomington Illinois.. everything takes some time, but by damned if it aint good ;)
Customer service is good and they weren't a little trick to share with people. If you have enough points saved up in the app to get a sandwich and the app offers something like free fries with a purchase you can add something extra to the sandwich like adding an onion ring to a Whopper for 50 cents and you can get a large fry free with that specific deal.
Staff was really awesome. They asked me for water as it was hot outside. Really thank excellent service i got

Absolutele worst Burger King. Rude because someone came there. 16$ of food thrown away. Didn’t listen I said a plain burger and everything on it. And chicken fries seemed like they were sitting there for hours. Also said have a good day then another employee chimed in and was like yea have a bad day dough. One time coming here will never come here again. Everyone check your food d before leaving. I bet there’s not one white passion that works there.

I found the dancing bears to be distracting and intimidating, but the strippers more than made-up for it. I was surprised to find out that burgerkings have smokers lounges for both tobacco and medical Marijuana.The tiramisu was a bit moist, but overall, worth the price. The creme bruleé was everything the papers say it is.Hamburgers for ten cents a piece? Hard to belive.

I ordered an iced tea & they misheard it as icee. No big deal, but when I got to the window & said I don't want an icee the girl Neveah? Got an attitude & rolled her eyes at me then shoved the drink at me. She shouldn't be dealing with customers. Very rude.
