We get a sandwich ok once a week and the service has always been quick and friendly. Prices are reasonable and the food is flavorful and fresh. The seating area is clean but t seems plain.Parking: It shares a parking lot with 2 other stores that have very few customers so there have always been spots available.

Forever a Chicken Salad Chick fan! I recommend them to everyone. One of my favorite places to eat. The other day they forgot to give me my small quick chick, so the next day they upgraded it to a large and gave me a large drink as well!

My first experience and my last at this place. There was this caucasian girl working with very short hair almost like a buzz cut. She basically lied to me about my order and tried to tell me that’s not what I said. She tried to blame me when I know exactly what I said and ordered. I ordered the savory chicken salad sandwich and they put pimento cheese on it instead. Like why would I want a sandwich with just cheese? The worst part is I tipped the workers there which I tend to do when visiting a new restaurant for the first time. She didn’t even apologize or tell me that we could remake this for you. Highly disappointed and frustrated. I want my money back!

First let me start by saying the food is always good! OK, now the reason for the 1 star…I’ve ordered 3 times from the Bloomington location and 3 times they’ve shorted my order or messed it up. That’s annoying! I let the first two slide as a mistake but the 3rd time warrants a review. So I’ll probably have to pass on ordering from this location again unfortunately.
