This cracker barrel has the occasional hit and miss service, but my service yesterday was fantastic! I came in with my friends for dinner, and had a great waiter (shout out to James!) who provided prompt, friendly service. The burger and chicken we ordered were great, and if you get the chicken tenders try the dill pickle ranch! The refills on our sodas were always quick to arrive, and the sides were hot and fresh. A great place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner when classic American cooking is your current craving.Parking: It's a cracker barrel, their parking lot is the size of a football field. You'll be fine.

We had a group of 7. I’m not sure if our waitress was newer or if the kitchen staff was. Our orders were all messed up. We didn’t get things we ordered. We weren’t asked if we wanted refills, and my husband pulled a label out of his green beans. Very surprised and disappointed. Usually we can count on Cracker Barrel for a great experience!

We are on a long trip and just joined the rewards program the previous visit. We paid our check by scanning the receipt at the table and then we were told that this does not count for rewards. This seems to be a real head scratcher. You want this Rewards program to go forward but you don't count purchases? Not good. We have to rethink this about visiting Cracker Barrel if they don't support their own program. That's kind of misleading.Dietary restrictions: They do have a gluten-free menu. You have to ask for it.
The host said it would be a 10 min wait. Lots of empty tables. Manager left early. Alot ofbthings needed done. Took forever to get drinks. Didn't tell me he was out of chicken and dumplings until he brought food. Got meatloaf instead. Looked chewed up and spit out. Out of biscuits

I Love Cracker Barrel !! No matter what state I'm in if I see a Cracker Barrel I know I'm going to get a great down home meal. And this Cracker Barrel certainly didn't disappoint. Wonderful meal. Wonderful service!!
