Big curly haired cashier dude (don't know his name, he wasn't wearing a name tag) was so incompetent it was almost funny. There's some kind of fundamental disconnect with his ability to communicate the simplest of tasks that I think the second best place for him is to be on dish and the first best place is to be at home.There were only 3 small parties and yet he couldn't remember who ordered what. He literally walked in 3 circles around the restaurant with a hotdog in his hand. It was like a scene in a comedy movie. I repeat, there were only 3 small groups in the dining room and yet he couldn't find the customer who ordered it.He must have forgotten who we were the second we left the counter because we made eye contact and ordered two hot fudge Sundaes and he let them sit in the window for almost 10 minutes despite the fact I was looking right at him. A helpful girl who we didn't even interact with was able to put together that they were our sundaes and had them brought to us by the guy who didn't even apologize to us. They were partially meltedBelieve it or not, once those few orders were out he was on his phone because that's clearly more important to him. I don't usually post reviews but wow, this one particular employee was pathetic.

The service was lame at best.. shake and onion rings were terrific.. but they screwed up my dbl cheeseburger .. it wasn't even close.. 1 burger, not dbl.. it had EVERYTHING on it .. I just wanted mayo on the

Ordered a double cheese burger and it was rotten. It smelled so bad I was gagging. It was also $10’s. What a waste.

Most of the employees that are making food look really mad about something, all the time. The people taking orders seem nice. I think DQ over the last few years have become shrinkflation experts. Raising prices a small amount at the same time as making portion sizes smaller. It's just not worth the price. I know that's not this location's fault but it's DQs fault and well.... It's a DQ. I'll be back this weekend for another blizzard.

They don’t give you extra toppings when you pay for them on a pretty consistent basis. Also we never receive a fully blended blizzard :(

Biggest DQ ever?? I know it’s the biggest hole ever. Used the drive thru on my way out of town and order 2 cheeseburgers. The cheese and the burger were cold. Not even an attempt to heat it up. What a sad excuse for a so called restaurant ? and after reading all the bad reviews and their horrible response to their customers is not at all acceptable. “We’re sorry and hope you try us again” ????

These guys can't get an order right. Last 3 have been messed up. I even went inside today to make sure it was understood want I wanted,....front was very nice but cook puts on burgers whatever they feel like.
Unlike some other Dairy Queens I have been to, this one really loads up the blizzards with toppings! I'm always pleasantly surprised by how good the chicken tenders are. We've always had nice service here too.

I really appreciate the menu board BEFORE the drive-thru speaker.Surprisingly good food and reliably tasty soft serve desserts.Kid-friendliness: Good place to take the kids. Ice cream, what's not to like?

This location is excellent for changing me for the correct items , however it's a roll of the dice if I get all of my items. I advise checking to make sure they include your fries before leaving. October 2nd order, they again forgot my fries which I expected. What I didn't expect was to get home and the meat on the burger was stone cold. The employees at this location don't even pretend to care.

we got there at 9pm and they close at 10. One guy was mad that he had to empty the trash before punching out and he was slamming all the doors as he took out the trash and verbally grumping!Then, they brought out our order, and they got some things wrong and left off two items.we went back up to the register and re-purchased the two items we were missing. One was a cheeseburger. They brought out our second purchase and it wasn't the cheeseburger I ordered. not going back.
