The Saturday and Sunday burger specials are a great deal, with a single cheeseburger and fries for $3.99!!! Awesome food, and ice cold drinks! In the summer they have a great outdoor dining area as well! The Buffalo grilled chicken sandwich with waffle fries was great as always! Thanks for a great dining experience!

Stopped on a Sunday when we were visiting our college kid. Wanted to go to Rosies but didn’t realize they were closed on Sundays. Heard this is a fun bar weekend nights but service and food were terribly horrible on a Sunday afternoon. And the floors were so sticky. Hope the college kids continuing to enjoy it but these parents are going to stay away.

Be Kind Be Kind
Great food great deals ! Love meeting family here. One thing I do wish is that this post will make a difference. There is a waitress (AT) here who makes us feel that the slightest thing we say to her, makes us feel like we are an annoyance to her. We try to kill her with kindness and she disregards our intentions and apologies. Makes things very uncomfortable to where she expresses she is in charge and will have the decision not to serve us. Again we love this place enough that we keep our mouths shut and order. 20 years of service she says, well I would expect better at my business. Remembering what guest drinks is one thing but leaving a lasting impression of something to did kind is a difference between service and hospitality. Be kind treat others as you would like to be treated.

I'm terrible about posting reviews for local places, but I want everyone to know how good their burgers taste! We went last Saturday afternoon and got the cheeseburger special with fries. Don't know how they do it, but the meal was $4. You can tell the burgers aren't the frozen pattie's that a lot of places in town sell. They were perfectly seasoned and so good! I always get well done and it was cooked properly. Fries were hot and crispy. Service was great, greeted quickly and attentive. My husband's only complaint is that he's not a fan of RC to drink, and one never knows what Bloomington water is going to taste like ! We sometimes get a draft, but just wasn't feeling it this time. The iced tea was good. We've been several times and will continue to frequent Elroy's.

Originally seemed nice. Bar only had one other small group there. Bathroom was horrible and falling apart. We got one drink and despite trying for over 30 minutes, couldn't get another. Even though we sat at the bar and there were only 3 other people. 2 girls behind the bar kept gossiping and sat down where they couldn't see us instead of serving us. We still tried to get another drink. They didn't say anything and started putting all the chairs on top of the bar around us. Just silently waiting for us to leave. We took our tips back and gladly left. Don't recommend.

Food is great has a a lot of good bar food options and two types of fries and great wings the service is great the bartender greeted me when I came in and they visited the table often but not to often the ambience is nice lots of T.V. And I would recommend this place it is downtown Bloomington and great location if you just visited the lincoln memorial

Had the cod sandwich which consisted of a Gorton's fish filet on a hot dog/sausage bun. Fries were trash. Looked like something you would get in a school cafeteria. I'd be embarrassed to offer this if I was the owner. There are MUCH better options nearby. Service was friendly and prompt.
