the hours posted online on google do not reflect when they actually close. It says they close at 9 every day but when we go in past 5-6 at times they are always closed. they either need to change their hours online or stay open with the hours that are give. the hot tea is never fully stocked but the service is good
The coffee at Gloria Jeans is amazing! The young lady working was so helpful and nice also. My friends and I had ordered a small coffee and each time we went she gave us a large for the price of a small! She knew that we were working and going to school at Heartland Community College for CNA school so she upgraded us! She also complemented us a lot and liked how upbeat we were. The service from her was amazing! I highly recommend Gloria Jeans!

I somehow remember the drinks from here being just a tad better but I do also miss the Ms.Fields shakes too with the cookies. This was a Red Velvet Chiller which wasn't too bad but it for whatever did lack some flavoring to it. However wasn't bad as there wasn't really much dessert options available unless you wanna buy candy from one of the stores which not really sure what to expect there.
