I recently went to the Hy-Vee bakery looking for a cake for my sons birthday. As I was looking through the cake selection book I happened to look over and up behind the bakery counter and I saw the most fantastic cheeseburger cake. I spoke with Monika, and found out that it was a specialty cake that she had just added to display. I asked if it was possible to customize it as my son eats plain hamburgers and would find the humor in that and Monika was very accommodating. The cake turned out so amazing. Monika is so creative and the cake turned out so good. A big THANK YOU to Monika for being just so nice and accommodating but also a fantastic creator of beautiful tasty cakes!

I called 8 places to try to fill a prescription, Hyvee was the only one where I talked to genuinely nice people, instead of a automated system.. on and off the phone in under 2 minutes, and the people I talked to were extremely pleasant. I truly appreciate your approach to customer service.

Cupcakes are spectacular! We had an assortment of Vanilla, Chocolate and Red Velvet. Each one melted in my mouth! And they were gorgeous too!
My first dose of the Moderna vaccine was my first time at Hy-Vee and I think they're awesome. Everything was handled in a timely manner and the shot was done with care and professionalism (I wore the wrong shirt as always - couldn't roll it up my sleeve and had to undo my top three buttons and pull it off my shoulder. The guy was polite about it and the shot was painless and quick. Nice too that it's a walking distance from mine. I did some shopping and the bath bomb I bought is just so great. I wish they had a better stock of makeup - specifically pencils. There were almost no pencils.

We ordered at Wahlburgers, waited 10 minutes for our takeout order to be taken, waited 45 minutes for our order of 1 burger, 1 Caesar salad, 1 tater tots to arrive. Had to ask the staff to find our order. Salad container half full. Burger slopped into the container. Staff offered 2 fountain drinks as consolation??? Seriously??? Waste of time, waste of money.

HyVee catered my daughter’s (very small - thanks COVID) wedding at Miller Park on November 7th. The staff did an excellent job, they were polite, helpful and hustled. Due to COVID restrictions we asked that only 3 staff members be present and they did a phenomenal job. The food was excellent and the service outstanding! Thanks HyVee!
