Our server, Courtney, was phenomenal! She was very apologetic about the wait, even though it was a very understandable wait considering how busy and short staffed they were on this day. She was helpful and understanding with our special needs child, and got our meals to us very quickly all things considered. She was also great with getting us frequent refills for our strawberry iced teas (which were delicious btw). Eggs were very fluffy. make Courtney president of IHOP 2024

Today, IHOP is throwing away money. Completely disappointed. When I got there at 9:15 this morning, there was a sloppily written, upside down backwards, sign in the door. I walked in with my family and at the same time another family walked in, and the lady quickly came up to let us know that the sign on the door said that they were not accepting any walk-in clients. It was online order only Ridiculous because they were people in there already eating how inconvenient and she was really rude about asking why I didn’t understand what the sign said until I pointed out that it was upside down and backwards and completely unprofessional!! What is going on Ihop? Fix your signs, cut your grass and keep a staff by paying them appropriately and treating them better.Can you revoke a franchisee’s license for making the parent company look like absolute trash?

Wow has this place gone downhill over the last few years. Bathrooms had definitely not been cleaned in days, it took about five minutes to get seated and the food was luke warm. Also we had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to take our money so we could leave!

My waitress Courtney was absolutely excellent. Unfortunately I had a hair in my food. I will post a picture. I have dreads with frizzy hair. This was a brown straight hair. I said something to the manager about it she didn’t even offer to comp my meal and was extremely rude about it. I had to wait over 20 minutes to even get a replacement meal with an attitude. And it’s one thing if I had eaten the first meal that was brought out to me, but I didn’t even eat it at all after I saw the hair. Managers name was Katrina. Extremely rude and nasty attitude but regardless, I’m going to pray that she has a wonderful and blessed life and that God fixes whatever she’s going through, because people do not deserve to be treated the way I was. God bless you, Katrina. I will certainly never come back here again.

Seemed like they needed lots of help main waitress was not happy to be there because it was her only day off and we could tell she fidnt want to be there she had to open because she had her slippers on which tells me she wasn't planning on working this day she wanted to sleep in and her GM called her in to open . I felt a little uncomfortable being there because they had to close one whole side of the restaurant because there was only two people there a cook and herself the manager came in but she was screaming half the time and had a very upset atmosphere for me to eat in that is the third time this has happened to me kn Bloomington Illinois it's down the street from carle McClean orthopedic whom is my doctors.

Thanks IHOP! Your refusal to let me have a table because the only server politely told me "That she had to leave to go to another job" and only had "To Go" available led me to find Egg Republic, Which was a fantastic experience. Shame really because I love IHOP but will not return to the Bloomington diner again.
We arrived and saw a hand written sign on the door that said "online orders only". We saw people sitting inside so we walked in to ask and clarify.The server immediately YELLED at us saying "CAN'T YOU READ?! ONLINE ORDERS ONLY!"And walked away.I said to her we simply wanted to clarify and she ignored us.We were absolutely disgusted by her behavior and the way we were treated.

Have no idea if the food was good, never got seated. Even though there were several open tables, and staff moving around, they never came out to seat us or the other 4 groups waiting at the door. All parties finally got fed up and left, as staff knew we were there, but ignored us. 2 other people waiting for to go orders were still waiting when we gave up
