The sandwich was not worth the cost! When did the bread become so skinny? The sandwich quality was terrible! It took 40 minutes to get my food which was a complete rip off for what I paid for! Never again will I go to this establishment or any Jimmy John’s!

Order was placed at 11:12. Its now 12:48 and i still havent gotten my sammiches. Im only 1.1 miles from this location. Paid the mandatory delivery charge AND tipped 20% when i ordered. This is NOT acceptable.They ended up getting me my meal for free so i gave 1 more star but it was nearly 3 hours before i recieved it. Do better Jimmy. You too John.

Freaky slow for sure. One person working while storytime is in session. Bit into and chewed paper in a wrap. Also, they had my credit card for the entire 6 min I waited at the window while texting on the phone. I love JJ......not this one. Multiple offenses, multiple occasions. Done.
Yeah this location is terrible. There are others closer where you don't get treated like you are an interruption to the day. Seriously, this town isn't that big, just go to the one on Veterans pkwy.

I've ordered 4x from this place...1st 2x was a couple yrs ago and then yesterday and today and sadly all 4x my order has been wrong. I ordered(every time) a ham and turkey with provolone chz lettuce and yellow mustard on wheat. I have only got wheat bread 2x and the other 2x was white bread. All the times had tomato and mayo added and 2 of the times also had mustard (not yellow) added. 3 of the 4 had lettuce.... The only thing always correct was the 2 meats and the chz. This is very frustrating....its not like its a difficult sandwich.
