The most piss poor service from the staff 15 minutes to order when first in line mind you while he played on his phone with his buddy. After that the cashier couldn’t even be bothered to finish the transaction so I could pay until 5 minutes later. Then almost an hour goes by waiting patiently while other people give up or just order on line and get their order before mine. And not to mention the profanity was absolutely ridiculous

They got a lot going on in this KFC but none of it is aimed at service to the customers. You’re gonna wait a long time. Hopefully they give your order to the kitchen.Also avoid with kids if you don’t like vulgarity coming out of the kitchenGotta love all the hair in the bathroom sink.

Did drive thru. Got home and opened my dinner. First if all, the meal was almost $20 for chicken tenders. Ordered fries as my side, they were not cooked thru and barely warm. Never were cooked thru.

10?? Store disgusting floor sticky on one side and slippery the other .....service wanted customers to wait 30+min for fries crew is nowhere to be seen only laughter from somewhere in kitchen manager actually left the store for 10 15 min with only her jacket in hand after discovering the floor and seeing the rest of kitchen when requesting a refund I was told I wouldn't be getting one while the manager listened and walked away after his response ..........food inspector/ mystery shopper please pop up this store is beyond a mess tear this place down more parking for pilot would be a better utilization

I well never come to this location ever again. I placed an order through the app. Spent about 40. When i arrived to the store, they informed me, that there were no mac n cheese, no mash potatoes, no biscuits. So i had to substitute for French fries and green beans. We got muffins in place of the biscuits, which were brick hard, the French fries were uncooked. The fried chicken wasn't that great either. We ate what we could and threw the rest away, and went straight to Popeye. The company just needs to shut down this location

Do not do business here! Worst service EVER ANYWHERE! I placed and paid for my order online at 4:00. It was noted my quick pick up would be available at 4:10. I arrived at 4:15. An employee greeted me 5 minutes later. Another 5 minutes I was informed I would have a 15 min wait as the one order ahead of me who were still waiting took all the original chicken. I sat in my car for 15, returned to be told it would be 15 minutes more. No refund available, I paid online. Still sitting here at 5:15. I could have prepared it at home faster honestly! They did remind me it would be fresh and threw in 2 extra pieces for my stress, which was a gesture at least. I was just told no cole slaw now. What a surprise! This is over an hour of my life ill never get back and probably a few more gray hairs! I should have heeded the reviews but I live out of town and it's on my way home. This location should be closed down!

Don't EVER go to this location. Went through their drive-thru, menu was busted out so I was trying to order without a menu. They got a nasty attitude. Then when I just told them what exactly I was wanting they got even nastier because it was a big order. After all the attitude, they still didn't ring me up for enough food so I ended up going to the other location 3 miles away to get the rest of my order. I hope they shut this location down.

Boarded up with bullet holes, should've known better. At least four employees no customers. Whole place was a mess. Nasty and no lock on women's bathroom and door won't even close all the way. Was pretty rude, took forever, and gave us cold fries & undercooked chicken sandwichs that made us throw up after and gave us digestive issues. As we ate we watched a dude in the kitchen wash and completely dried his hands seven separate times back to back for no reason; wasn't even cleaning or anything.
