It was 8pm at night. I had a friend order pizza. He was told it would be ready in 40 mins. When he arrived to pick it up 35 minutes later He was told there was nobody to make the pizzas because the “cook left when he found out his house was getting robbed”. I understand emergencies can happen. What I don’t understand is nobody bothered to call and notify us in the 35 minutes and he drove all the way there. The employee wasn’t busy either- she told him at the door as she was smoking a cigarette and scratching off her lottery ticket.

Lulus Pizza Gaming and Daycare!Really need to get a handle on what dining atmosphere you provide for your patrons! Children running around, screaming and bouncing from table to table is not enjoyable (employees kids)Our waitress was very attentive and friendly (our receipt said Shauna) she had different colored hairThe rest of the staff not so much… unfriendly and seemed annoyed to be there

I'm not sure what has happened.over the last 6-12 months. This used to be our new favorite pizza in town. The last 2 out of 3 times we've gotten Lulu's pizza, it's been overcooked. This last time, not only was it overcooked, but the crust was tough and almost rubbery.Too bad. It was so good when it first opened. Not sure we'll be back.

The food was far to expensive for a poor quality thin crust pizza. I am beginning to think it’s only rated highly because just about all the thin crust pizza I’ve tried in the Bloomington/Normal area has been bad.

This place is several notches above fantastic. Small town charm, awesome pizza and people who really care for their customers. They even give you cookies when you pay! One of the best pizza restaurants I've been to, and I've been to a lot of them!

Worst experience and we usually eat here a couple times a month....we thought last time was just a flaw but this time we got pizza so burnt the cheese was non-existent and only the middle of two large pizzas could even be eaten if that due to burnt crust....last time the cook refused to make our appetizers so our pizza was cold and all our sauces forgotten.

Food was good. Pizza came out fast. Nice gaming area. Young girl at the counter acted like I was bothering her by ordering food. For that reason I'm not sure if I'll return.
kayla was great, quick with my service, excellent with my food also. I’m not from Illinois at all, from Michigan, but she was great and I felt like I was back home for the time I was there. I will say, You can tell some people working in the restaurants aura was off that’s my only drawback.

I called to place an order and was told 20 min. I show up, no one inside and pay for my food, wait 30 minutes while the staff sits around. Then was asked what kind of pizza I had, which had not been started to be made. Worst staff ever!
