I stopped by at 1:30 this afternoon ans water for 2 minutes in the drive thru and no one acknowledged I was there so I drove to the window to try and place an order. The employee with the headset on, had her back to the window and was on her phone. While I was waiting at the window, she walked away. I wasn't able to place my order before leaving.

Feeling so ripped off…I ordered a pick two; sandwich, soup & a drink. Total was $17- the soup was barely filled all the way the sandwich was two bites and I waited 20 minutes. $17

12/24: Ordered the SW Chicken and Avocado Salad via Door Dash. When I went to eat it, I discovered they had not put ANY chicken in there. Totally feeling ripped off. Tried to call and got a phone tree and was disconnected. Guess they have lost my business. Additionally on 12/30, thought I go thru the drive thru for my salad - avoid problems. Well, today, I only got 1/2 a salad. They were ‘out’ of the big clamshell containers that they usually use. So they made me a salad in the SMALL clamshell and said they’d stuffed a full salad in there. They didn’t, as I found when I got home. Paid for a full sized salad, got a half a salad. That is really THE END for me.
Food was as expected. I ordered the Choose 2 special. That being said the portion size wouldn't fill a toddler. $20 with a drink for a tiny cut up sandwich and a "cup of soup".

As always the drive through is horrible! Took 25 min and I had to back up to talk to someone about where our food was. The girl working drive through was awesome . But management needs to step up in running a restaurant. After getting home we had one sandwich where the bread was so burnt and hard as a brick! Baked pot was cold. How many bad reviews need to be posted before the owner hires new mgt to run this place.

Went to drive thru! Waited 20 minutes to be brought the wrong order then when we said nope not ours they quickly bring us ours cold. I ordered a potato and potato soup the soup might as well been water with potato chunks and they didn't even bring me a spoon I had to go in and get one then the girl was rude about it. My husband ordered the jalapeño crunch sandwich and they did not send him the chips for the crunch! I had already had bad experiences at this store before but thought we could try it again! Nope not again!
