There used to be a time when the wings were legendary from Mugsy’s but not anymore. They are incredibly small for the price you pay for. The service was slow and there was a HAIR in my wing. Disgusting. Luckily the waiter removed the wings from my tab after showing it to him. I won’t be returning. Check your food for loose hair if you choose to eat here

Been a long time customer. Really enjoy the food. Lately their customer service has gone way down. I literally just called to place and order for delivery and was told they are not taking any order for another hour or so. Before I could say anything else was just hung up on.

We wanted to get a bite to eat and take a break from the noise of the state basketball finals that we were attending. This was close and very relaxed. Our server got a little busy and I had to stop him to get me another drink and go to the bar to get a Togo cup for another one at the table. Those minor things overall I think this place was great and we had a 5 year old with us.

When I first started ordering from here in college a large order of wings was 17.99 and now it’s 22.99 (I know inflation and everything but the quality of the wings have gone down so I don’t agree with the price increase) The guy that always answers is rude, their wings shrink everytime I order and it’s always 1.5 hours or longer on their delivery. I’d honestly only go during their specials and you should just save your self the hassle of delivery and get it yourself. I used to be a weekly regular but the business has gone down over the years

We recently took a trip to dine in and food was hot and fresh. The fries were delicious. Was able to sit down and have a meal under half an hour maybe. I know the wait for food was nothing and it wasn't busy there were a few ppl there. The server was really nice too. We def enjoyed our time there.

.Mugsys has gone downhill. Our waitress neeeds to watch her customers instead of stand at the bar. She took our drink order then we had to go to the bar and get them. She took our food order and never came back until we asked the manager for a to go box. We were going to have more beer but she never came back.The mild sauce is like an oil and didn't stick to the wings and has no flavor for the last 2 times we were there. Some of the wings were pieces of wings not a full wing. We are regulars but we might have to rethink it. Dbl cheese muggers are still fantatic.
