Staff was EXTREMELY rude. I wish I could give ZERO stars! I placed an order on the app for pick up, which CLEARLY states that they close at 10 pm. I got there at 9:30 pm, went through the drive thru, was greeted at the intercom, and I asked to pick up my food. After 10 minutes of noone responding, after being greeted, I pulled forward. I sat at the window for 5 minutes or so while 2 employees went back and forth from angrily staring at me to laughing. After those 5 minutes, a man walks to the window, showing me a text on his phone saying, "We closed 30 minutes ago." I asked for a refund as this was the last of my money and I had not eaten today.. They RUDELY told me NO! I never got a refund nor the food and had to go without eating at all tonight! Will be calling corporate in the morning in hopes of a refund and will never return to this location! Worst service I've ever seen in my life, do NOT go to this location!

Disgrace to panda. We were the first people on the parking lot. when we ordered the worker behind the microphone changed workers after we had just ordered. We had to wait for an extra 5 minutes just to reorder our food. The worker behind the mic gave us an estimate of 15 minutes. We pulled up on the curb and waited for 20 minutes before one of the workers came out and said another 15 minutes for our food and then they shortly came out 4 minutes after that and gave us the takeout. The main problem was the food, there was hardly any meat, most the broccoli was hard and uncooked, and the rice was just plain out bad. For the food being “fresh” it was extremely cold. The only acceptable thing that we had was the cream cheese ragoons. I wouldn’t have minded the wait for the food if it was good and fresh but it was just all around bad.

We really like going here we do not go to the one in Decatur because they are really snooty they don't want to wait on you and when they are having covid-19 when you aren't supposed to be have to wear the mask it was against the law for somebody to make them wear a mask when they have medical issues they were very rude then they went into the new building and they were just really rude and didn't want to wait on you I won't go back to the one in Decatur

I got a plate with 2 entrees & 1 side. I chose to try the new FIRECRACKER Shrimp. It was a $1.50 upcharge for it. All for them to give me tone of vegetables mixed (green been & peppers) & only 4 shrimp. Total rip off.

Food: I ordered the Bigger Plate, which is three entrées and a side of fried rice. The Broccoli beef was good, however the "3rd entree" was teeny tiny. I also ordered Crab Rangoon and they were burnt to a crisp - absolutely inedible! Terrible!!! Delivery: Despite very clear directions (and being the only apartment in the complex with a purple porch light!) the food was left at the wrong apartment. I had to go out in nasty weather to search for it because the person who delivered it would not answer my texts.
