Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. When I called, the man who answered the phone had a very thick accent and was struggling to understand what I was even saying. I, unfortunately, am not exaggerating when I say that it took him 20 minutes to take our order over the phone. And the only thing we ordered was one large pizza. After an hour and a half of the pizza not showing up at our house, I called the store and asked them where it was. When I started explaining what had happened when I was ordering and that the pizza had never shown up at my house, the very extremely snippy self described general manager literally started yelling at me over the phone and told me that even though the person who had taken the order had screwed up and messed up my address, and even though I had specifically told him 4 different times that if the delivery driver got confused and couldn’t find my address they were specifically supposed to call me, it was completely my fault that the pizza didn’t get delivered. She then SCREAMED at me over the phone, after cutting me off multiple times (and then getting mad at me for cutting her off after she had cut me off, I thought the customer was always right, but apparently not if you’re ordering from papa johns) she then yelled at me that even though I had already paid for my order and it had been failed to be delivered, and even though I left specific delivery instructions that were not followed, that my order was being revoked and they were going to refuse to deliver it and she apparently also claimed that they will “never serve me ever again” even though I already know that that literally isn’t possible for them to enforce and she’s literally just saying things to try to make herself sound all high and mighty. At least I know that, according to her, my purchase SHOULD be refunded within the next one to two weeks. Basically all I have to say is, wow I’ve literally never been so disappointed in a business before..........Update, I never received a refund for my order. So basically papa johns literally stole my money from me.

I am happy with this location but need to leave a detailed review in a manner to attract corporate attention. I will adjust this view to reflect my most recent visit.Prior to speaking with an assistant manager working in the store tonight, I realized my complaint is not with this location but with the corporate 3rd party answering service..I was denied service because of being a veteran on Veterans Day. I had planned on ordering regardless of discount. I do not believe that this was the store's option.I was asked if I "wanted a pick up or delivery," I replied, "I was wondering if you offered the Veterans Day special for delivery." At which point he changed his mind and told me, "actually we're closed. " Their hours claim to be open until 1 a.m. My call was placed at 10:58. The call was also answered at 11:13. pm by the same foreign representative, offered to take my order.Instead of declining a veteran discount, as advertised, the promotion is up to the discretion of management. The 3rd party representative chose to discriminate against me because of my military background. I was denied service, and my order was declined completely. All because of asking about the corporate promotion on Veterans Day as a veteran.Thank you for your service too.(Profile account is not the reference account ordered from, I want action, not bankruptcies... I understand that this location pays doordash drivers more than it's 10 year loyal employees. I request corporate feedback before I agree to removal of this post. I also follow up. the store management has never been an issue.

The pizza from this Papa John's is ALWAYS delicious and cooked to perfection. I never have to wait a long time like the other Papa John's I've been to. Whoever is managing this store is doing a fantastic job! ?

Horrible customer service from the manager who calls herself Stacey. Found long strand of hair in pizza. Also pizza was supposed to be without mushrooms which it also says on our receipt “no mushrooms”. So we called to make a complaint and asked for a refund. So “Stacey” claimed she was the manager and that she was the highest person we could talk to and refused to refund our money but that we could drive back in and remake our pizza. We said we’re not going to drive back in as we have now lost our appetite and just want a refund. She said this was not possible. So after talking amongst ourselves we called again about 10 min later and found out that “Stacey” was lying, she wasn’t even a manager. Diana, the real manager, confirmed that Stacey lied. Diana said that this time only, they could refund our money and that from now on they would need to have a manager check our order for accuracy. By the way I will include a picture of our mushrooms off of a few slices of pizza we tried to pick off and also a picture of the hair. This is no way to handle upset customers when you were clearly at fault with getting our order wrong. Stacey should be disciplined for blatantly lying and take ownership of her lies.

We ordered pizza and wings and cheese bread and extra peppers our whole meal was cold.they forgot the peppers and when the driver delivered them he left them at the door and took off I was very unhappy about our whole meal and I won't be calling them again after spending 67.00 on it should of been hot at least.

I ordered a pizza and it was made incorrectly so they gave me a credit for another pizza. I ordered the credit pizza a week later and it was also made incorrectly. Seems like it was missing spices in the sauce. I really didn't get much sauce. Overall the pizza was terrible.

I was given a pizza that wasn't cut through enough to seperate the slices. I brought it back in and asked that it be cut through the crust all the way through as I was eating it in my truck and couldn't cut it myself. I could here they lady say it had been cut and it was handed back to to me. When I returned to my vehicle I notice they had done nothing to cut the pizza throughly. I am sure they got a huge laugh out of it but by that time the pizza was cold and tossed it out. Total waste of 20.00
