Third time I have stopped here and recieved rude replies from the person in the drive through. Third time I have ledt and gone elsewhere. Two times I have ordered something clearly on the menu and been rudely told they don't sell that anymore. There is a clear reason there are no cars in the lot here.

Omg this was the worst condition restaurant I’ve been to in 7 years…. which was the last time I came to this very same place! Half the menu was not available. Soda machine was broken and sprayed soda on my shoes. Bathrooms were gross. Not given napkins or utensils to eat chicken with. DO NOT COME HERE. Not one thing has improved in 7 years!

Went there this evening. There was only one other car in the drive thru. The drive thru operator said “ONE MINUTE?”. I misheard him, believing him to say something close to go ahead, so I proceeded with my order. The worker shouted back in a very unfriendly, unprofessional manner. I left not wanting a hothead like that anywhere near the preparation of my food. Needless to say, I won’t be back even though I love their food. Popeyes needs to do better, occurrences like these are far too common at their stores nationwide.

We were really disappointed in the food. We stopped in, and there was no spicy chicken, and they only offered us only mild chicken. The chicken was warm at best and tasted like it had been sitting for quite some time. Biscuits were warm and had become hard. Surprisingly, the fries were hot and fresh. We threw all the meal away and had to stop for something else down the road.

This Popeyes needs to be shut down altogether. Door dashed here and the ghetto lady demanded I come inside to pick up order. I get in and the food isn’t even ready. She had or what I think she had her son standing at the front counter wearing random clothes taking orders. Not even in proper uniform. He acted clueless. Digging thru chicken to pick pieces he wanted the customers to have. Just TRASH. Shut this down. They have been like this for a while now. It’s disgusting inside too. Place is trash just like the ghetto roach infested workers. Lmao. Do better. Be professional or don’t work. Period. I bet inventory is trash too. Cuz they eating it all up instead of handing it out. They never have anything that’s on the menu either. Just pathetic. Yall don’t go to this Popeyes. Frfr

If I could give -100 stars I would. The food was DISGUSTING. We paid $50+ to watch an employee drop our chicken and still put it in our bag, her and another worked looked over to see if we saw them and started laughing. There was also an employee sitting on the countertop where food is prepared. We were not offered a receipt so when I emailed customer service about this issue they offered a $5 coupon which is a total joke. Our food was inedible and was thrown away because it was so disgusting. We would have gone in and demanded a refund but we were so uncomfortable with how rude the employees were just ordering through the drive through. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY RESTAURANT. This place 100% needs to be shut down or at least investigated. Barf.

It's a fast food restaurant so the expectations are not high to begin with. That being said, this place is always closed or closing at random times. It is 2:50pm on a Sunday and they are closed. My advice is to always have a back-up restaurant in mind and never get your heart set on Popeyes because they may not be open.
Terrible service, smoky inside like the grease in the fryers had never been replaced. Constantly out of items and I'm almost positive their chicken tenders gave me food poisoning. Avoid at all costs...

Horrible restaurant please shutdown soon in 2024, the staff tried to fight my wife just cause they got our order wrong twice and they all look high as catpiss, and it was a dyke with sagging pants totally disgusting around the food and unsanitary please investigate them. @Dept of health. And they are trying to delete my review hurry somebody need to stop this they are ruining market st, in Bloomington IL.

We were not able to understand the server taking our order, which means the order was taken incorrectly and they were not able to fix it. They were also out of a lot of items, even biscuits.... probably never coming back to this location.
