Just went through drive thru and best experience I’ve had with Popeyes in a long time ! The Gm and Lady at the window both was so respectful and polite and had my food hot and ready :) definitely happy to see my favorite food back in game !

I ordered a 16 piece chicken family meal, and get home to discover only 9 pieces. I called and called but no one answered. This location isn’t very busy at all. Tempted to call corporate, so they can do some housekeeping!

I hate leaving 1 star reviews. But I have to do it. This place is literally never open. You'll go there one day during business hours and nobody will be there. Either that or they will be open and be out of everything including chicken. Shut it down.

Normally I feel like it's a crime for just existing when I go to popeye's much less for wanting Chicken. But I went to this popeye's today and I could not believe how nice the person was. Who took my order? She was so sweet. She told me to have a nice day. I've never gotten that service from a popeye's my higher life.

absolutely the worst place i’ve ever been to. went 2 seperate times, first time i was told they were out of chicken sandwiches, figured it happens. then tonight wanted to give another try, went at 10:25 (says they close at 12 online). a man answered at the drive through said hello, i asked for regular chicken so that the mishap wouldn’t happen again. said they are completely out of every chicken and he was closing. asked what time they closed he said 11. i was like so you’re out of chicken and closing over 30 minutes early. i said this is the second time this has happened. i asked to talk to a manager and he said it was him and there’s nothing else he can say and to leave. then i was like this is ridiculous and he started yelling at me through the speaker. when i drove around the building i saw packages of chicken sitting in window!! worst establishment i’ve ever been to, will never go back Also hire some new management because this man was completely and utterly disrespectful.

I had a mobile order and no one was there to answer me at the drive through.Finally got someone and then got to the window, and the server didn't even bother reading my order.. gave me 12 wings. I had to go Karen and ask for my drinks and fries.The most ghetto and worse Popeyes I've been to.
The employees don’t want to work. Service is always extremely and unnecessarily slow.

Google says restaurant closes at 11pm. Popeyes website says this location closes at 11pm. Pull up to the drive through at 9:44 pm. Employee asks “hi do you have a pick up order?” We say no. “Okay well we are closed” we mentioned how it’s only 9:44. We are told “we close at 10” no signs anywhere saying this place was closing early?? Employee this proceeds to say “and we throw all the food away at 9:40, so you’re actually 4 minutes late” I’m sorry what??? Never in my life have I heard of any fast food restaurant “throwing away” food, what’s actually supposed to be an hour and 20 minutes before close, and then closing up early. Horrible management and lazy employees it sounds like.
