Terrible customer service every time I have gone to this location. One guy there is always rude, condescending, and lies for his benefit. I’m just trying to order a sandwich. There is zero reason to treat someone like that for placing an order.

Ordered online. Got a notification that my sandwiches were ready. Got there about 5 minutes after the notification, and they were just making them. There was a lady who came in after me, and she had the same experience. There wasn't a customer in the store, so I'm not sure why they were so far behind. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that everyone had just left. Thankfully, I wasn't in a hurry. But they did make the sandwiches correctly, and they were good. So, all in all, it was worth the minor wait.

I came in last night around 8:15pm to get 2 sandwiches. The guy and the girl behind the counter were both nice to me and made my sandwiches. However, there was a small family behind me ordering sandwiches and the guy who was working was extremely rude to them after she asked a question about one of the sandwiches. If you hate your job that much and can’t stand if a paying customer comes in 30-45 minutes before closing, then quit.

Fiancé went in to get lunch for him and his coworkers after online ordering and was immediately treated hostile by the manager as she was making somebody else’s sandwich. After cussing and yelling at him to wait the customer said she no longer wanted the sandwich and left. As my fiancé tried to tell the manager the name for his order she was yelling and threatening to call the police before ultimately telling him to get out of the store. Every customer in the store was appalled and thankfully his order was actually for a different store so we had to get no food from this establishment, I would expect a manager who doesn’t value customer service likely doesn’t value cleanliness or food safety.

Horrible customer service.Went in and dealt with the nastiest attitude from the manager. I asked about soup and she said we don’t have any and I asked is that a normal occurrence and or what days they usually have soup and she gets nasty and says “it just depends on who works that day” woah!She rushed me to make my food, was very rude, and then gave me a nasty neck roll. The sad part is she was the manager.
