Just went here to get breakfast and no one was there for 5 mins finally someone from the back came and slowly started putting all of his work clothes on while watching tv on his phone. So I just walked out. I never write google reviews but this has got to be the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen. Dude had a lot of tattoos so whoever they are I appreciate your impeccable service

Kind of hit or miss here...every time I come it is either happy customer service with reasonable portions or pure disgust by the employees that you even open the door to enter...Since the menu changed I'm a little slow at ordering now as things aren't clear, but the prices are highway robbery! An $11 turkey wrap that is tiny, or a $14 ft long lol...yikes!

Horrible employees even worse customer service. I placed an order online subway.com on October 20th after almost an hour that's not receiving my order I called the store location I order was placed with to check on that order and see what was going on. I was met with some very rude employees that we're telling me they didn't have the ingredients to make my food and that multiple people had been in the restaurant attempting to pick up my order which was interesting considering it was a delivery order. Since they weren't going to be able to make my food I asked for a refund of the $60 I had paid. To which I was told I needed to contact Subway for that refund I replied I thought I was talking to Subway being is how this is the subway my order was placed through the rude employee then told me ma'am I don't have your money I can't give you anything back and hung up on me. The store then refused to answer the phone when I tried calling back. I went on to the website and filled out the form for customer care to get back to me a few days later I received a generic email from talking about Subway offering a wide variety of items for your customers, not addressing my issue or refund at all. I replied to that emailed explaining in detail what happened and that I was still waiting for my refund. Now 11 days later and multiple sent emails I've heard nothing back and still have not been refunded. I'm now out $60 and can't seem to get a response from anyone at Subway. This is absolutely ridiculous and I basically have had my money stolen from me by Subway and no one there seems to care. Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had with any fast food company. I am starting to wonder if I will ever get my money back.

Went to the South Main location this am with valid coupons and the employee behind the counter snarkily refused them bc reasons. Called this location and Rodolpho remedied it and went above and beyond. Excellent customer service!

I usually go to this location once a month and get my food made with no problems. Went in there today and there was a young lady working, must have been new, but first off she was wearing super short shorts. That’s unprofessional for a work place. No idea if her boss knows or not but her cheeks were showing. Second, she didn’t offer to toast my sandwich. I had to ask. 3rd I felt like she didn’t put as much veggies as the standard subway would put on a sandwich. None of the employees washed their hands either. That’s nasty. Hands need to be washed before touching gloves that touch people’s good!

Ordered 2 subs online through door dash 2 foot-longs paid $12 for each and received only 1 sandwich after trying to call over 5 times I've given up on the order and have received a refund

I placed an order on online through the subway website for delivery as soon as I placed my order the money was withdrawn from my account but then I get an error message saying please try again later... WHAT??? I never got a confirmation email or any proof of my order actually being placed the only thing I have is the withdrawal from my bank account for the full amount of the order. When I tried contacting the local store closest to my location 2310 Oakland Ave Bloomington, IL, to get some guidance or information seeing if my order actually went through I was greeted with a very rude employee and other employees in the background that telling me there's nothing they can do they don't know what to tell me when I ask for a number to the corporate office or a number to someone who would be able to assist me with getting my money refunded I was told no they don't have a number to provide me when I ask for a manager number that I could contact to try to get some assistance I was told no they don't have a number for their manager to provide. When they asked which store my order was sent to I informed them I did not know because 1. I did not receive a confirmation email and 2. When you place an order for delivery on the website it takes your address and does not let you select a store. One of the employees called me a liar and saying that you have to select a store to even proceed with an order, which if they've ever tried placing a delivery order on their own site they would know they are completely inaccurate. When I asked for the name of the employee on the phone I was hung up on. I've since tried multiple multiple times to contact Subway corporate or customer service and had zero luck this was the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and just plain ridiculous experience. My money was taken from my account on an order that never even was placed food I never received and was met with miserable, rude, and poorly trained employees that know nothing about customer service. But coming from a corporation that doesn't even have a way for a customer to reach anyone for this type of situation not even just for a complaint but simply to get a refund due to a system malfunction on their site is impossible no option whatsoever.

Got cheated today 12/12/2021. I ordered for veggie patty footlong and was charged for veggie patty footlong. However when I opened order at home, I came to know that they gave me veggie delight (without patty). They should have told me that they don't have patty available, but they did not. Instead they were prompt to charge me for Veggie patty footlong. I have receipt and order number, hopefully they will call me and resolve issue.What a pathetic service. Thanks for cheating on me. I want to give negative rating but 1 is minimum i have.

The sandwich just wasn't that good. I was very disappointed. I have always had better in the past. I hope it was somebody new that needs training.
