Cleanest store in town, has a very homey feel with all the decorations. All the employees are so friendly and welcoming always smiling and joking around. Best store in all of Bloomington normal.

Could use a more friendly staff. Gentleman at register is always so kind and polite. I can not say the same about others. As the face of subway when you walk in. You would think you be treated with a warm welcome instead of inconvenience

Have been going to this subway for a year now. They are always friendly and kind. Since I go there so often, they will have conversations with me. I feel so welcomed when I go there.

I feel they are so disrespectful , there is a kid who is a cashier counter and he was saying something I cannot understand what he is saying so I asked him again , but I couldn’t get him. So later one elder lady came and asked and responded. after that all three of them making fun infront of me. I feel it is full racist and rude. I am never going to visit this location subway they are so disrespectful to their customer.

Ordered a pickup order here. Unlike most Subways, there wasn't a rack with orders for pickup available. Instead, I had to wait in line in order to get my food which was stored behind the counter area

We usually get good food and service at this Subway. Tonight we noticed a sign on the door that said coupons cannot be used for sandwiches 1-12 or BOGO. We chose a different coupon and ordered accordingly, only to be told they don't accept ANY coupons. This was highly disappointing as we would have ordered differently and we spent $30 on 3 subs when we planned to spend about $20 instead with the coupon. It wasn't worth it but we paid without making a fuss over it because it's not the worker's fault. The store should update their signs to reflect coupon status accordingly. Last time we ordered through the app, our coupons worked no problem..

The workers here have always been quick and friendly. I usually get a foot-long ham submarine sandwich here and it never fails to greatly satisfy my cravings.
