The food was delicious and I loved that a member of the supervisor staff came over to check on our dining experience. The only negative was our server. This was our first time there and we decided we were going to tip the server in cash and use our card to pay for the meal...so we called the server over and gave her $30.. i noticed she had a strange look on her face when we gave her the money, but never the less she took it and shoved it in her pocket...i dont think she even said thank you. .well at Texas Roadouse, the gratuity is included on the ticket and the payment device at the table did not allow us to pay the ticket without including a tip....which I believe the server knew. To me, she should have said "you tip me when you pay the ticket"....but she didn't. SO needless to say, the server got $30 in cash and another $30 that included mandatory through the payment device. $60 bucks on a $130 dinner...

I have ate there a lot. I love this place. I do have to say, though, my son's family and I ate there in Bloomington IL 3/24/24. I had ordered at 12oz ribeyes medium rare. I received my steak. Some of the steak was med.well and some was medium rare. And it was not hot and there was no taste to it. I let them know, and the manager and he took ot off my bill. That was very nice of him. I could have gotten other steak but I was full, and it was ok. I did tell him I would be back. It did not change my mind on anything. It still is my favorite place to eat.

Met my 2 daughters and 2 of my grandchildren for lunch.Got right in, our waiter was fantastic and I got out for about $24 per person including tip. ?

Ate here on March 2nd. Ordered food (out of mushrooms for the steak) and the server came back to say they were out of baked potatoes so I chose mashed potatoes only to have the server come back again to say they had no mashed potatoes either. Had to settle for something else. My steak was undercooked and my husband's steak was overcooked. Asked the server for more rolls, finally got them after we were done eating. Packaged to go. The manager was walking around but came to our table before we even had food. Maybe he needed to be in the kitchen finding out why on a Saturday at dinner time they have no potatoes. Very disappointing experience. The server must have said "I'm sorry" 20 times..not her fault. We did get one of the steaks taken off of our bill. Not our aim when going there.
