The food was really good, the staff was pleasant but not necessarily friendly or exuding a desire to be there. The whole side of the restaurant for that burger joint was dark, dreary, and very cold. Because of this we got it to go and ate in the car

Bit into my spicy chicken sandwich and thought it tasted funky but figured it was just the coleslaw and kept eating. Next bite I pulled out a long piece of plastic from my mouth, gross! There was a long wait for our food but we received a free ice cream for the inconvenience.
Absolutely love this place. We have been back 3 Fridays in a row now. Crispy chicken sandwich is my go to. The chicken they use is juicy and delicious. Plus it's a large sized portion as well. Fries are really good and the gentleman who takes care of us is super friendly. Fast service too! We love That Burger Joint!

Very clean, friendly and prompt service, great food. This was our first time stopping in for some cheeseburgers and fries, and we’ll definitely be back.Kid-friendliness: Chocolate milk on tap and very casual/ family friendly spot for a sit-down lunch. The kids were also given balloons at the end of our meal. All around great experience.

Food is great but the male worker with short brown hair & few acne bumps on his face, that worked Friday 9-1-2023 @ 9:25pm… Very unprofessional & rude! As I’m sitting waiting for my order, I hear him talking about me & my daughter so I turn to look & his 2 friends (girls he was talking to about us), turn & look at us at same time & laugh & turn back to him & say “And she’s looking too!”. VERY rude to stand with other customers & talk Negatively about another pair of customers, when they’ve done Nothing & you don’t even know them! Like I said LOVE their food, but, they could train some of their workers to Not speak negatively about paying customers who’ve done Nothing hut purchase their food!!

Came in here for a bite to eat for something new to try as me and my family were passing through illinois to go back to Georgia. Micheal and josh give the best customer service i’ve seen in any establishment. The food is awesome as well. Definitely will be coming back to this place if we pass by in the future.
