I don't know which location is worse, this one or the one in Crestwood. This particular location, I placed an order on the website to have it picked up. When I arrived, the store was closed. It was noon. I had to go through hell and hot water just to get a refund. I stopped going to this location and started going to Crestwood which isn't any better. That's another review. Fast forward to today. I call the Blue Island location because I wanted to order online. I figured I learned my lesson. I wanted to call first to ensure they are actually open before placing an order. I've been on hold now for 18+ minutes. I'm just going to stop going to Little Caesars all together.

Ordered online and waited an hour but the app was not updating. Went to the store and they were closed!! They need to shut down online ordering if they are closed!! This place is ridiculous!! Had to do a whole charge back on my account to get refunded!! Learn to reflect hours of operation!!

Was told they were out of supplies for Deep-dish Italian cheesy bread, so they canceled entire order which included 4 pizzas. (No reason was indicated in email for why it was cancelled.) This was the first time trying the Blue Island location. Appeared unclean. My cashier was unapologetic about cancellations and seemed unenthusiastic to be there. Their Portal system was not working either. Won't use them again, sorry to say.
