This was my 2nd time here and I must say that this time was way better than the 1st! Food was good, atmosphere was great, and my drink was good and strong! Glad I gave them another shot!! Will be back again!!

I knew it was a set up when I walked in and all the signs posted say, you can't return items once you order. But that's because yall know the food isn't good. And then said you will be charged for any broken glasses. Like be foreal. You bought them from dollar tree. Y'all are a sad excuse for a business. Y'all should just close down. This is a good restaurant to visit the food is good, The restaurant has been updated, and it's beautiful. Unfortunately the hours are wrong on every level. I traveled 1 hour to bring my friends from NOLA to Love on the blu. Their website says they close at 2pm on Thursday Google says 3pm a customer outside said 3 pm we walk in at 12:45pm on a Thursday and was told the restaurant is closed they will reopen at 9 am! Wow very discouraging. Batters and berries or Flavors here we come! Please correct your hours Love on the blu also possibly train or retrain your team to lock the doors as scheduled to avoid sending guest not knowing when to return!

My daughter and I was NOT satisfied with our visit to Love On The Blu. When I we walked into the establishment, no one greeted us. The bar attendant stared at us with the nastiest look on her face. We was confused about whether we should seat ourselves or wait to be seated. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The waffles was hard as a brick but the chicken was delicious. When I told the waitress about my waffles, she instantly said "We don't remove items from the bill" I'm pretty sure they got the waffles from Walmart. This place was a 0/0 and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Great place. The owner a black young woman came out and spoke w/her patrons apologizing and explaining the service delays which made my first time visit worth it!

Went yesterday with family group. Noticed table signs that no food returned for any reason unless restaurant made a mistake. And even that doesn't hold true. My bro ordered steak and Egg/Omlette meal and was asked how he wanted good eggs. "Scrambled with cheese". What he got was steak and omlette w/o cheese. When waitress was reminded that eggs were to be Scrambled with cheese she said they couldn't be returned. When asked if she could just chop the egg up and add the cheese, again he was told no. By now the steak is cold. You already know the entire meal went be replaced so he decline the entire meal... again over $1 worth of eggs! Meanwhile, mngr working the bar does nothing to promote goodwill and customer satisfaction.I know inflation exists but $4.00 for an egg?? Egg prices have gone back down to $2 dozen or less & wholesale is even less. That's .16 an egg, so why are eggs still $4 ea?? Ridiculous (IMO).Wing with the chicken and waffles are about to be renamed to pigeon and waffles if the wings get any smaller. Yep, i know you can't control what's in the supply order, but maybe try ordering the jumbo wings instead of the small wings. Sure you get more per pound with small but customers would enjoy at least standard size wings or find a new supplier. It's messing up your business.Grits are about the cheapest product to make with the highest return, once you toss in 3 shrimp and call it shrimp and grits. But how do they go from $18 to $30 frk'n dollars?! WTH!! Even at the current price of shrimp, that's almost $10 for each of the 3 shrimp. Then have the never to change serving bowl with less food!?May as well address those online menu prices that you KNOW are wrong. But instead of updating to reflect the current prices, you leave in incorrect then surprise your customers with the current inflated prices. Now is that isn't sneaky and bad business, what is it?And yep, even though that steak meal was declined, it still ended up on the bill even though the mistake was the restaurants fault!Yeah, we say 'support ourown, but at what cost? The mindset of seeing how much people will pay vs how much you should charge, never works out for the customer. Instead of selling more for less, you sell less for more. People will come, like the food and the ambience, until enough realize inflation and fleecing aren't the same thing. Then it'll be another black owned business needlessly closing its doors, because financial greed ruins everything! And again my opinion.

I came in this morning. I haven't been in a while, beautiful renovation. My lamb chops were cooked to perfection. The staff were so sweet. The attention that they also showed to my 1 year old was just the icing on the cake! I cant wait to go back and I will definitely recommend to others.
