This Mr. Sub committed the ultimate sin!!! They put ketchup on a hot dog??? This is Chicago!--no ketchup unless the customer specifically asks for it.

Why wont you make the food how people ask ? Using cheaper ingredients but charging more for less ! The emotionless drone behind the counter rudely ignored us and just stared at us when we asked if we could pay for him to make it the way we asked. Worst Location to go to ! Greek Owned they dont care what they feed you just want your money ! Wont be back again after that.

Sick off the food ! The veggies are gmo which are unhealthy ! No flavor and cheaply put together . For the expensive price I thought I would get real food.The guy Chris has the WORST attitude and customer service ! I will Never eat here again and DO NOT recommend Any Mr.Submarine . How is this place still open ? Dirty and they wont make your food how you ask for it even if you offer to pay. Weird Place and unhappy workers.
