I tried these restaurant before and it wasn't that bad, it was a 3 out of 5 and I remember the Lady was rude, but this time the food was awful, the lady still rude, I can deal with that but the food is just nasty, I can tell u confident those the last time I buy food for my family there,

Recommended by a family member. Cashier that took order was extremely rude, fast talking as if she was going to confuse me with my order. No, I had all day. I told her to stop being rude. SEFYoung gravy was salty & jumbo shrimp in fried rice were over cooked.

terrible service we showed up and got a double order that was not what we wanted and then the lady at the desk/ phone couldn't read our receipt when we asked how much the food was . her response was " i gave u the receipt just read it " like wtf HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT EAT HERE

I pay alot for shrimp and pea pods and shrimp and broccoli and , they don't put enough shrimp in there meals for how much they charge a person and the lady that takes the order on the phone is rude .

The lady who works the register and the phones is a wack job she acts like your a jerk for calling and ordering food. She yells at you for no reason . The food quality is also Garbage the sweet and sour chicken is the worst thing on the menu .
They were late having my order ready and have bad customer service. The food is good, but I don’t think I’ll go there again.

Been going here for many years. Haven't ordered from here in awhile. But yesterday I placed order of large beef fried rice extra spicy, extra egg, extra green onion and 2 egg rolls. Somewhat disappointed. Fried rice had barely any beef and usually is over stuffed that they staple it closed, this time the rice was missing about an inch from the top of box. Eggrolls were so skinny and smaller. Nothing like before. I was going to call and complain but I just chose the decision to no longer go there for Chinese food ever again. Sorry Mr. Chop Suey, you lost my business.

The cashier definitely needs training on customer service. She is very loud and obnoxious.The food is most of the time good, this is the only reason I continue to go here. I been looking for a another local Chinese restaurant, no luck. ??♀️??♀️??♀️
