Worst experience ever!!! I visited this location on 10/25/2022 and location closed at 6pm when they close at 9pm. I visited the following day 10/26/2022 and they were closed again both dining and drive through because they have a large catering order. A female employee came out and apologized - when I asked what about their regular customers - she said they were instructed by their corporate office to do so. They should not have to close the store to do so . Shame on them if that is the case - I will never eat from Boston Market again.

I ordered 2 dinners 1 with chicken which was cold one was chicken nuggets nuggets the smallest portions I've ever seen do thing do not waste your time

It's been a while since we grabbed some food from Boston Market. Food is pretty good, the annoying part is when they forget some of our order . I mean come on you are not like Mcdonald or Portillos people lining up to buy food. Instead of my husband relaxing at home he had to go back out just to pick what they missed. And Gas aren't cheap either.

Large sides that are supposed to be for family is enough for 2, MAYBE 3 people. We bought an xl meal and the sides were horrible.The mashed potatoes were too soft like they're powdered & too much liquid was added, the gravy was like pure water, the Mac & cheese was so runny!!!, the salad was enough for 2 people and only half full.The sweet potatoes were almost full &pretty good, the creamed spinach was also almost full, but has an after taste.The chickens were good!!! Moist. Extra star for the chicken.The corn muffins had a decent flavor, but look like they only rose half way and also pretty dense and had a slight crunch inside, like the corn meal wasn't properly hydrated & not mixed properly.Disappointed for a $62.99 + tax xl meal.

Good food but the lady that's been working now for the past few months when they are open she never had gloves on hands always look nasty this is the last time I'm coming to this though pulled up to the drive-thru to pick up my food she was making all the food with no clubs on and taking people money not washing her hands in this day and time she's going to get people sick she rude and I see why you can't find a workers don't nobody want to work with her I wish I knew her name but y'all know she the only working in now for the last pass 6 7 months place right up the street from the house and I'm not going anymore

The line was fast, the cornbread refrigerator cold, chicken cold, bacon cold. Not lukewarm, cold. I have to cross this place out.

Don't know what happened to Boston Market but just like the one in Wheaton this one says they're open until 10 but when you called them they don't answer even when it's 7 then you go to the drive-through there's people inside but nobody answers the drive-thru

We ordered online and our order was ready before the time predicted. The complete order was in one container rather than multiple ones, which used to be Boston Market's practice. I appreciate having less plastic waste. The only criticism is that the cornbread was a little smushed in the bag.

Don't waste your time, just a terrible experience. Service is poor, food is poor, management is not there. If they get you order right it would be a miracle.

I was not happy with the service I got today the manager was very rude when asking questionI she acting if she couldn’t hear me I ask for three all dark meat I was only able about to get 2 1/2 dark dinners was wait for dark meat was hour. she was very unprofessional I didn’t like herd & garlic and when asking what didn’t she tell me that it was glazed she offered me what meat told me it would be hour wait this is very said. I need someone from Corporate to reach out to me. Regarding this problem…..

It sucked!Lobby still closed to public.drive thru slow. Lady at drive through with rusty hands is rude when placing order @ speaker. And prices are now sky high...but bbq bacon chicken was delicious!!Open to public please!

I placed an order online on 3/13 during their posted business hours, the order was accepted and I received a confirmation e-mail for pickup. I then drove 30 min to pickup my order to find the building completely closed and empty. No sign on the door, nothing to explain why they would be closed. There were many other people showing up to the same result. My CC also has a charge on it for food that was never made and that I never received. Nobody is answering the phone at the store again during open business hours. Wtf. I want a refund.

Wow, this place is amazing! I had the chicken, veggies, potatoes and stuff like that.They are all so good! My favorite food from here is the chicken.
