One of my preferred locations for delicious cafe food. Visited Fri evening I think. The service was very helpful and observant. This place has a nice atmosphere. This place has positive reviews for a reason.

I asked for napkins and was given 1 piece of paper towel. The fries were absolutely disgusting, looked like it was heated on the microwave, it was still cold. My daughter jumped on the counter and I put her down while the lady behind the counter yelled “off”, I told her there was need for her to do that since I did my job as her mom. She did apologize, but the quality of the service along of the quality of the food still makes me give them 1 star.

When asked why I could not receive a cup of ice, she gave an excuse that it throws of inventory for the cup, so I informed her i was willing to pay for the cup and she proceeded to form an attitude in her tone while telling me she still couldn't give me a vup of ice. It really wasn't that serious to catch an attitude the way she did. Work on your professionalism.
