This place is starting to be out of things, hope this isn't a sign. They did just close the new lenox location a few months ago. The food is still good, just being out of there everyday day stuff is getting annoying.

This is a typical sit in bar and grill. We were seated and greeted quickly, though there were very few guests there. The food was ok, not great, not bad. I liked their menu in that they listed out different salads and you could get it as a salad or wrap. Same with their burgers, they listed them out and you could get a burger or chicken as the protein. I thought that was very creative. I got the Goat on a date wrap and loved it. The sweet potato fries were ok. My boys liked the chicken fingers and Mac and cheese. The other salad wasn't great.

Every single thing we ordered, waitress said they were out of. Onion rings? Nope. Mozzarella sticks? Nope. Jalapeño poppers? Nope. Think you’re safe with a burger? Nope, said they were out of that, too. One of the most surreal out-to-eat experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely never going back ?

Idk what happened to the regular tenders at the Bolingbrook location but the ones we were served tonight ain’t it. Why switch to a cheap frozen tender they are gross! Been coming here for years probably won’t be back now..

Went last Saturday, got to the table and ordered appetizers. When we were getting ready to order food, we were then told that they were out of traditional wings. We were upset since that was our main point of going. A few other families came, sat down and ordered drinks or appetizers, then was told about the wings after as well. All were disappointed. They should have told people up front when being seated that they didn't have traditional wings.

The service was just okay. My husband and I stopped in for Happy hour today, Friday, March 8 @4pm. The restaurant was about 15% full. We were escorted to the rear of the restaurant (past many empty tables). As patrons started entering they were seated at various tables. But, Only the Black customers were seated in the rear of the restaurant. It's been awhile since we were here last and was not treated like this before. We don't plan on returning!

Stopped by here for dinner on a whim. Our server was inattentive and we waited a while for refills. It took about 15 minutes for me to receive the beer I ordered and they were out of Mr. Pibb. The place only had a few customers but tons of staff milling about aimlessly, so I was surprised to received such slow service. As we left we saw a lot of the staffing hanging out and chatting in one corner of the dining room. The music from the kitchen was incredibly loud and so was the music from the restaurant. It created this incoherent cacophony that was very frustrating as my girlfriend and I had to almost yell at each other to talk. The food was not good. My girlfriend ordered the lemon garlic chicken breast which she did not finish and left the remains at the restaurant. She enjoyed the mashed potatoes but did not like the chicken or the sauce. I ordered boneless wings, they were the Sunday special, the wings were tiny and I could have bought better sauces at the grocery store. There was a small discrepancy with our bill we brought to our servers attention. She said she would have it fixed, we thanked her and she left. The manager returned and very condescendingly explained that the item we thought was discounted was not. But since she was such a good sport she would give the discount to us. I would mention the manager’s name so the owner would know but she did not introduce herself. Earlier in life I spent almost ten years managing restaurants and I never would have spoken to a guest that way. I would have disciplined any of the managers I employed who spoke to customers that way. Subpar food and service I could forgive but the condescension from the manager was unacceptable. We will not be back and won’t recommend it to friends.

The service is great, the food is so-so, since Covid, and the pandemic the food isn't what it used to be, but the servers are wonderful, very friendly, and great attitudes that's why I rated 3 stars

Great food, decent prices, great atmosphere. We were a little disappointed in the service though. Hostess and servers were very nice but it took us a long time to get our food and check. We chalked it up to being short staffed, as a lot of restaurants are, but this was truly the only negative. This was a great option for us (family of four) since Red Robin nearby closed permanently.

Nice place to go for a date night with a good selection of mixed drinks and craft ales.

I ordered a Monte Cristo sandwich and it was absolutely disgusting. I could hardly bite into it it was so hard. I called and nicely told the manager and she basically said oh well it’s nothing I can do about it the 3rd picture is only bread no meat on the sandwich just
