Ordered bone-in ribeye and it was very chewy and hard. The baked potato tasted very old. I said at the bar and couldn't get more than one beer. The bartender wasn't very attentive. I expected a good steak and was very disappointed. It would have been nice to have another beer to choke it down with.

Went to Cheddar's for lunch with colleagues. They were flexible to handle different group sizes. The service was pretty good, Jennifer took care of us. The atmosphere was nice; a bit unique with the stylishly shaped fan spinning around. The food menu was pretty good. Their signature croissants are soooo amazingly delicious.

We were seated rather quickly. The service has gone down since the last time I was there. Entree that was ordered was not correct when brought to the table. As well as another appetizer ordered. The wait time on food was longer. Extremely longer when brought back the 2nd time. And waitress blamed the kitchen for all of the mistakes that occurred ??‍♀️Parking: Plenty of parking around the establishment. It has parking in the front, both sides and around the back. Also space for Semi-Trucks in back to park as well.

Fantastic place! I went here today with my grandma, and the service was excellent and the food was amazing! Bit of a ways from my place, but it's well worth it. Just be warned - the seats in the booths are a bit low, so be sure to lower yourself in properly before plopping

I tried calling to place order because I am on a break time. The phones kept ringing someone managed to answer and for some reason could not take my order. I physically came into the place the hostess again could not place my order, she walked me to the bar to someone who was suppose to take it. I told her what I wanted and was typing some stuff into her computer and then walked away. I waited 5 minutes and just left. Half the staff was walking around not really doing much. This was my first and last time and not coming back what a joke. Seemed well staffed but can’t seem to take a to go order. Giving my business to tasty biscuit and doggie diner

Been to this location 2x in the last month. Both times the service was horrible. Lack of customer service. Our last server never came back to ask us about our food, which the ribs were disgusting. Didn’t even take leftovers home. Also we all got sick that night from your food. Not to mention how cold it was in there. If you’re trying to hurry us up to eat, just keep it cold in there. I lost interest in coming back to this location. Close proximity to home, but lack of service makes us not want to come back here.

This location was close to my hotel and I was in town for several nights. I came here two nights in a row. Night one I had great service and a really good meal. Had the bone in ribeye, with mashed potatoes and gravy and broccoli & cheese casserole. Everything was delicious! Steak was cooked medium and so flavorful with the butter they had on top. Potatoes and gravy were tasty and the broccoli & cheese casserole was fantastic. Ate hearty as I watched Monday Night Football on my IPad. Night two, I again had really great service from my server. This night I had a house salad with the pot pie. Salad was good, nothing special and the pot pie looked amazing. It was good, but it was not great. Also had a piece of ice cream sundae cake which was chocolate cake with icing, fudge, whipped cream and nuts with a cherry and vanilla ice cream. It looked amazing and was just ok. The cake was a little stale and the icing had a slight taste that I did not care for. I picked off the icing and ate some of the fudge, whipped cream, and ice cream. Both meals started out with an honey butter croissant…they look and taste amazing! Since I am reviewing two nights and two meals, I think my visits averaged out to four stars.

So my wife and I ate here last night for a wedding rehearsal dinner with a group of 20-25 people. The reservation was made over a month ago. When we arrived, the staff did not have an area or any tables ready. The bride’s dad asked the servers several times why this was, which no one appeared to have any answer to. Eventually we were seated nearly 30 minutes after arriving. The food is incredible and the hosts did alright. They did serve us plates that were still wet from the kitchen, which I thought was a little odd. They had great attitudes once we were seated. But the communication between reserving an area for 20-25 people and executing it was what really bothered everyone, especially the bride and her family, as they placed the reservation over a month ago.

The food was very good. The new herb chicken looks like a pigeon. Lol the smallest chicken I've ever seen. The waitress insisted it was 2lbs of chicken. Lol I had 3 of 4 pieces leftover. I weighed at home. It was very good though. Tasted great and the sides are always good. I had baked potato steamed broccoli a side salad and a croissant .

Cheddar’s has always been delicious and my experience this time did not disappoint in that area. The service we received was also amazing. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself was not in the best shape. The floors were dirty throughout the establishment. I could almost overlook the floors because we came later in the day and they appeared to be short staffed, but you could tell that the place overall is not maintained well or cleaned throughly. I don’t think I’ll return to this location.

Last night was my first time dining at Cheddars restaurant and I must say the food was delicious and the drinks were nice as well.My issue was service…at arrival the hostess at the door started laughing when we asked for a table and we didn’t ask why until she took us to a booth that had a floor caution sign in front of it. She laughed again when she asked us to sit, instead we asked what’s funny and why sign was present. She informed us that someone drank too much and threw up at that table, but if it starts to smell funny she can move us.We said we didn’t want to sit there so she then walked to the next table that was not cleaned yet. Another waitress saw her trying to sit us by the caution sign still and asked her why she was doing that and seat us somewhere else.We asked to be seated further away because the restaurant was empty and just about all the tables were open. We complained to management who offered us a free slice of cake but we did not except, we just ate, paid and left.It was a bad first time experience at Cheddars, and we almost left out right away because it was very disrespectful to try to sit us there and the whole place was empty with plenty of other options. Our visit was used for laughs and giggles and we didn’t like being treated like a joke. Not sure if I will go back.

They do get one star because the service was really good. Suffice it to say that there are many restaurant choices in this area... Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They brought out a "buttery croissant" at the beginning of the meal. It was stale, crusty and hard. I ordered a steak medium. As you know, anything past medium, and a sirloin is dry and tough. It arrived burnt. Why do you even bring burnt food out of the kitchen to the customer? I cut it in the middle and it was bone dry and tough. One bite was enough to confirm that this was inedible. One last note. The layout of the men's restroom is unfortunate. It was fairly clean, but the placement of the single urinal in conjunction with the door, and the two stalls was not the best.

They were very busy when we went. The meal took an extremely long time coming out. The manager apologized and gave the three of us in our group each a complimentary dessert. Thank you to the management. We will definitely be back.Dietary restrictions: I do not eat beef or pork. I love the fried fish. You get a huge plate of it and it is delicious. My hubby and I have turned several friends on to it and now they order it as well.

This place never disappoints. It's good, hardy food. I love the butter croissants. ? We bought extra. My eyes were bigger than my stomach, and I may have ordered too much, but the servings were generous. The artichoke dip was very creamy, almost too much but delicious. The vegetable plate is where it's at. You can order all of your favorite sides.
