This was my first time inside. The staff was amazing. Their service was great. Since this was my first time trying a chicken sandwich, vs tenders... I'll say it was pretty good. However, I personally prefer chicken tenders.

I come thru this way often for business. I love this location. Everyone there is so nice. Regardless if I dine in or go thru the drive thru, have lunch or breakfast always fast and my order is always hot and and accurate. The dining room is always clean as well as the restrooms. No Chick-fil-A in my area so it's always a treat when I travel and the experience is always the same.
A very tearful and embarrassing experience. I visit the Bolingbrook location 2-3 weekly for breakfast. This particular moment while in the drive-thru, I was asked to pull up while they get my order together. I did so, while almost being rear ended twice, I decided to pull into the parking lot. After a 15 minute wait, I went inside to request a refund, needless to say, I was denied and given my food. Upon return to my car I recognized that my entire order was incorrect with items missing. Once I returned the food, he denied that my order was incorrect although the receipt showed proved the same. He (Matt) name provided, snatched the food, placed it in the trash and proceeded to refund me after loudly and publicly speaking to me condescendingly (for the sake of making this shorter)….until the point when a customer walked up to me while on the phone with customer service and said “why is he treating you so poorly?” And the Chik-fil-a rep was able to hear her. A customer even left the establishment due to how I was being spoken to. After Matthew processed the refund, he said that it was a lesser amount because I left the sodas in the car. I will NEVER go here again, along with the lady who witnessed my the incident.
