Since COVID and upgrades in technology, I have found that customer service is lacking when dining in @Chili's. They seat you, bring you drinks, and then the wait staff disappears. There's a tablet on the table for you to checkout and pay. But what if I want refills or something's not quite right with my order. Waitstaff gets scarce after food and drinks come. So, I just order food to go now. However, the food is GR8!

It's chili's. The high rating is for the waitress/bartender..take it with a grain of salt. The lunch specials are well worth it!! The double burger ,salad, and a drink for $12 without tip. Always tip your servers cash so they don't get taxed on it! They do have other options for the special..

Great place for some delicious food! Servers are friendly and food comes out quickly. Generally quite clean, and managers are always around making sure you are having a great experience. Every small issue I have is resolved quickly and successfully. I'd highly recommend!
Don't come close to closing time, they are very rude. Shouldn't be a surprise lol.

I went to this place with my 12-year-old son. We ordered a few items, but unfortunately, one of the pieces was a frozen flour ball cooked in oil but inside was still frozen. (I think) no one could tell me what it was. I decided to call the manager to address the issue, but she was incredibly rude and unpleasant. She only offered to take 10% off the boneless chicken order and refused to do anything else. I expected the wings to have the wings comp. To make matters worse, she was speaking loudly and causing a scene. I was so angry and embarrassed in front of my son. I have made up my mind that I will never, ever go back to another Chili's restaurant. Shame on you all for this
Lovely sports bar with dining services. I guess jalapeños are not genetically acceptable for me since I couldn't enjoy but a couple bites of their tasty chili. Excellent restaurant otherwise!

I had picked up my order curbside , the lady who brought it out was smiling and friendly The Salmon was good and the small portions of rice and broccoli didnt even fill the container. To much wasted space in the container for the price. And the chilli must of been from the bottom of the pot or yesterdays, no beans. Hard cheese and no raw onions , unles the recipe was changed . If so , go back to the old recipe..
