I guess you can get great customer service if you know the people that work here. I ordered a steak bowl. I thought my preparer was being a bit skimpy, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. His coworker passed by, and had the decency to sneeze into his hands as he passed my food, but didn't bother to change his gloves.My preparer then closed my bowl, pushing down on the top, as if he'd also known he'd been skimpy. At one point, I'd asked for more beans (because he initially put a quarter of a spoonful in), and he went to scoop more steak. Almost as if I'd called him on his b.s... but I digressed and repeated "beans". $9.19 for a bowl I can shake and mix up because they're is so much room left.Upon reach the island for silverware, I happened to notice the next customers bowl. He seemed to know the man with hayfever, and his top barely closed. A proper bowl, the way I've always remembered. Whatever, right? I am trying to watch my figure. I looked down to get a fork, only to find knives. When I asked for a fork, I was directed to a box at the left of the cash register. Mmmkay. I decided to write this review right in the parking lot.Let me not forget, in addition to the skimpiness, my preparer also elected to scrape the remnants of some of my selections, even though ther were additional portions, that had been used, right next to them.I will revisit tomorrow in the daytime to see if I have a better experience. Honestly, you're only getting 3 stars because I genuinely like the Chipotle brand.

Place has really gone down hill, used to be good, now it's not even worth going to. Going to check out the other Bolingbrook location, hopefully they can put together a decent burrito bowl. I'm done with this location.

Tried DoorDash from here tonight. Didn’t get any black beans in our meals. If you guys were out we would’ve appreciated a call, so we could’ve gotten pinto beans instead. Either way bad experience.

Each time in the last few visits I have received chips that were so incredibly stale that they cannot be consumed. They were so malleable that you can bend and fold them without it breaking. I don't know how you can mess up chips that bad but it clearly shows carelessness in food handling by the staff there. Would not recommend this location.

This location is filthy. The bathroom were gross, and not one table was clean in the entire dining room. The drink station has thing laying all over the place. I am here at an off time, there is no lunch or dinner rush, but they are just hanging out. If they aren’t asked to clean the rest of the place, what is the kitchen like?

It was a late dinner day, we don't live here (Thank God) but decided to come and check this place out. I've never been in a chipotle- my husband has. And I was disgusted in how it looked. I can't blame the people who work here 100% because I'm sure they weren't making the messes at every table and throwing food on the floor. So disgusting customers as well. But I can blame the employees for not restocking any damn thing and just having their stations look very gross. I couldn't believe we ate here. I always hear how good the food is but never how nasty the insides of these places are. Have some f'in pride Chipotle. They had beans in their containers as if it dried out in the Sahara. Meat isn't cooked properly to temp I'm sure as we got sick. And it's almost nothing but fatty pieces. I had to pick through my meat before I was able to eat. The restaurant has potential but you have some employees who clearly don't GAF and definitely shouldn't be representing! And what's even more crazy is that, the place was busy non stop. There's many more things that were wrong here but I'd rather not go through all of them and make them look even worse. Chipotle- you had one job ? ?

The beginning to an end. My wife and I placed an order through their app today and we picked it up at the restaurant. When we opened it at home, my burrito had to have been incorrect. It was half the size as it normally is. Maybe they do junior burritos now and mistaken it for mine and this comment isn't skewed based on my perception of a portion, they seriously gave me half of a burrito. Not to mention, it was missing about 7 toppings that I had ordered. It came with only steak, rice, and beans and forgot to include lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and the four salsas that I had ordered. I tried calling but it goes straight to voicemail that offers over the phone ordering without the ability to speak to someone. I went to their app to chat there but after I spoke to a robot, it transferred me to a "live agent" and then I sat there for 8 minutes until someone finally responded. At that point, this "agent" went through their script with no personalization or solution. I have a hard time believing it was even a live agent and just another robot. They then proceeded to ask me to provide proof of purchase by sending a screen shot of the charge on my credit card. I wasn't going to go through that hassle so I stopped there. With that I never did get resolution. Just a tiny burrito that I paid $14 for. I'm fed up with corporate companies like this limiting their expenses to better their bottom line just to appease investors, all at the cost of pissing off customers. It's official, I'm done as a chipotle customer. I hope this company becomes the next Quiznos and runs themselves out of business. Oh, and this hasn't happened at just the Bolingbrook location. This is the third time this has occurred at two other locations.

I love chipotle but every time I come to this location there seems to be an issue with the food. Had a chicken bowl today and 5 minutes later my stomach started to hurt. Also isn't the cleanest location either, usually has salsa and cheese/sour cream all over the line.

We love this place. There burritos and bowl are very gud. You need to try there new sauce queso. There chicken quesadilla too.Vegetarian options: Veggi bowel/ burritos with queso.

The absolute best place to get a burrito the size of your head! Prices have gone up in the past few years (what hasn't, right?) but the food is still fresh, put together right in front of you and awesome. I prefer the burrito bowls with a bag of tortilla chips and just load the bowl contents onto the chips for eating. There were a few other people there, but seating isn't an issue (the patio is open in warmer weather) and the line moved quickly so the wait was short. I've been going to this location for over 15 years and it rarely disappoints.Vegetarian options: While they do mostly meat as a base, they do have sofritas which is vegetarian friendly (or, if you want to feel good about a meal like I did) and all of the additional toppings are plant based. You could also skip the cheese if you wanted to go completely animal free.

The food at this location is fresh and tasty, but the service seems to have taken quite the dip in recent months, specifically for online order pickups. First, online ordered food through the official app never seems to be ready at the time it is promised. Second, when the food is ready, it seems to no longer be placed on the pickup shelf, which has been the norm at this location for years. Hopefully these consistent issues can be resolved to allow this location to return to providing quality service.

The place was absolutely filthy as it is in the Mall on Janes Ave. So gross I almost walked out but was starving. There was food all over the countertops, the glass was a filthy mess, doors and windows full of smudges as if they havent been cleaned in months. They let the food get so low, they are scraping the bottom to give you food. The tables were dirty, you couldn't sit down and eat. So poorly managed. Clean up your act, literally.

Has to be one of the worst chipotle locations out there. Every time I go they are out of something. Today I went in 1.5 hours before close and they were all out of fajitas, sour cream, and guacamole. Like ??? Just close shop if you don’t have the ingredients. Then they look at you with this d*** face as if it’s our fault for wanting the stuff that’s supposed to come with your meal. Happens literally every other time I walk into this location.
