My fiance and I eat here often and haven't had any problems really, until we ordered take out. Half my order was missing, this steak, that I requested medium rare, was obviously microwaved and then quickly seared on one side to make it look grilled, and we waited 30 mins after the pick up time to receive cold food. I called, and called, and called for 20 minutes until someone answered, and asked for the order to be replaced, again, another 30 minute wait, while their were only 3 tables, and again, the same result. The steak was once again, microwaved and then seared a bit longer, and again, well done, not medium rare. I'm highly disappointed in the service and quality of the food today, and really sad as we really liked this Denny's, but, after this, I doubt we'll be returning.

Service was absolutely TERRIBLE. WE WAITED SO LONG for everything. We didnt even have a waiter for 30 minutes of just being seated. Then our waiter just kept disappearing. There were people who came after us and left before us. Kids got their food an hr after being seated, the adults didnt eat until 30 more minutes AFTER the kids were served.We also didnt get drinks right away. Absolutely Terrible service.

I almost never leave a negative review. Tonight's dinner is an exception. We had a group of ten around 6 pm. When we arrived, there were three other small groups already seated in the dining area. For the first five minutes or so, three different servers came attentively to our table several times taking drink orders and asking if we needed refills almost before we could take a sip.After that initial few minutes, once food orders were taken, we hardly saw any staff members in the dining area. Another large group came in and was seated, and then a table of two was seated with menus, but left without ordering after several minutes without getting drinks. When our orders finally started to come out, only four arrived. Several minutes passed before we saw any more food. When "the rest" came out, one child's meal was missing. It hadn't been prepared.Two whole hours passed from the time we walked in till the time that child's meal arrived at the table. Even then it only came because we got up and pointed out that the order was up in the window.Additionally, as we dined, the sun was setting. At a certain point, a set of especially bright lights switched on under the eaves outside the restaurant, and shined directly into the dining room, glaring into the eyes of three of us from across the room as we sat at our table.

Ordered " biscuits and gravy" never again! Worst I have ever had! Biscuits were overcooked, and the gravy sucked. You do not add link sausage. Well, where did you find this cook? Doesn't have a clue how to cook!

There was only one server and only one cook. No busboys. Tables and floors were very dirty waited a very long time for service. Was told the manager walked out.
