They won’t care about individual orders (only interested in catering and banquet)Had a disappointing experience ordering for iftaar (expected a better service after they opened in Bolingbrook)Bolingbrook still awaits a decent authentic halal restaurant

Ordered takeout twice for Goat Biryani, Chicken 65, and Lamb Haleem. Both times, portions were very generous and the food tasted fresh and delicious! Will definitely be back for more!

I recently ordered lamb haleem and chicken biryani from Shaahi Biryani, and my dining experience was far from satisfactory. The biryani's gravy seemed expired, and the packaging was inadequate, resulting in a messy presentation of the dishes. The poor quality of both the food and packaging significantly detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal.Regrettably, in addition to the subpar food and packaging quality, Shaahi Biryani demonstrated a lack of responsibility when it came to addressing customer concerns. Attempting to voice my complaints over the phone proved fruitless, as they appeared unresponsive and indifferent to the issues raised. This compounded my disappointment with the overall dining experience.

Food was DELICIOUS. Our server was super nice and had a lot of great suggestions since we had no idea what to get. She was super quick and attentive. Chicken was so tender and full of lots of spices and flavors. 10/10 would definitely recommend will definitely be coming back more often.

Shaahi Biryani is an absolute must-visit! My family was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the service is top-notch – attentive without being overbearing. The food was incredible. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients. The biryanis are bursting with flavor, and the kebabs are perfectly grilled.Bottom line: if you're looking for authentic Indian cuisine done right, Shaahi Biryani is the place to go. You won't be disappointed!

Typical Shahi Biryani, disappointed me again. Online they put the closing time at 11pm, I was there at 9:30PM and the guy at the counter said they stopped taking orders at 9. Who stops taking orders 2 HOURS BEFORE CLOSING!!

We ordered mutton biryani, haleem, and chicken 65 for carryout this evening. The biryani and haleem were fine. But when we opened the container of chicken 65, it clearly smelled spoiled. I'm extremely disappointed that a restaurant would deliberately serve rotten food because there's NO WAY the person who packed the food did not smell the rotten odor coming from the chicken. If you want loyal customers, don't serve rotten food!
