I recently received a coupon for Dickeys and decided to try it since I was in the area of one. The website and their front door said open daily at 11 a.m. I went at noon on Saturday to the store in Bolingbrook, IL. They were closed. Very disappointing.

I used the app to place my order and it was ready and waiting when I arrived, including the drinks. My order was consistent with every other Dickey's I have been to across the country. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates BBQ.

It's a serious joke. Service is poor, always out of items and they don't warn you at time of order. This has occurred multiple times. It's obviously normal along with the terrible staff when the owners aren't around. How you do business this way is beyond me. Never again.

I had the brisket combo with fries and it was very good. The brisket was juicy and the fries were very hot and crispy.

I tried the loaded baked potato with brisket on top and spicy barbecue sauce and it was outstanding. The crew was welcoming and hospitable.

These poor guys tonight have been calling their bosses, because there ticket system is down. No one higher up was answering their calls. I felt so bad those guys were trying their best. Sad they need to close, hire new staff correctly train them and reopen to what I used to love. Which was the atmosphere and great service :/ I had to take a picture of my refund with my phone. They really tried their bests.

Solid ALL smoked meat BBQ and overall great options. New owners cares and does a great job. Catering Options are awesome and a great deal. Mac is delicious

Great restaurant. They ran out of deliveries for 4th of July and the owner himself took our order and brought it himself. Food was fantastic too!
The brisket and ribs are good, but the service was not . I ordered online and when I came to pick up there were 2 people behind the counter and no one even looked up at me for some time. The food was tasty, and I recommend this place only if you don't mind getting not-so-great service.

The boneless wings were like Tyson chicken nuggets smothered in sauce. The ribs and sauces were good but the boneless wings being no more than a chicken nugget Happy Meal will keep me away.

We tried to eat at Dickies tonight. Found a coupon on our phone, but was told by the lone service person we saw in the restaurant that it was only if you ordered online.Ok, we can do that. We'll, we thought we could! Spent 1/2 hour trying to order.Asked the lone guy (not doing much as only one table had any one eating there) if he could give any help with the order. He said no, that he knew nothing about it.We finally figured it out (my husband really likes Dickies Barbque), but failed to deduct the coupon! Still, lone man knew nothing.We left! He let good paying customers walk out without spending a cent. I guess he proved his point. If only the owner saw this. How would he feel? I told the lone man it must be some kind of scam. Goodbye!

I tried the sausage medley. It was good a little spicy. Came with bun and sauce. I like it. I would try again. I gave a 4 because I had to wait an hour before I could order because they where not ready yet. I had to take home to try.
