Walk-in order, ordered wake-up wraps, waited 15 minutes with no one in line. They prioritized the drive through and even deleted my order out of the system prior to me getting the food. Had to tell them 3 times what my order was. Got home and the food is cold which means it really wasn’t cooked properly. The value and quality to price is completely off. Not going back. Too many options to experience that again.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. They are always over charging. Watch your receipts. Ordered avocado toast it was hard as a rock and burnt. Empanada was like chewing on raw dough. The food is nasty and they don’t make the drinks as good as some other locations. Avoid this location at all costs. ??

I'm a vegetarian I don't eat meat. Every time I order my breakfast sandwich I go inside and use app since it's better deals of course. Unfortunately it's no option for no meat so I let the staff know right before I order. They seem upset telling me it's an option, the one lady arguing with me, but no one pointed it out on there when I asked because it doesn't exist. I don't see what the problem is because I don't want meat on my food. Yes I can take it off myself, but I did that in the past and got sick. Honestly just rather it not touch my food. Maybe Dunkin should add an option for that, everyone doesn't eat meat!

Don’t order food here in the morning before work… asked for 3 bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps with hash browns and an iced coffee only got 1 egg and cheese wrap and the hash browns and coffee. I’ve been here in the evening they actually take your order right they don’t have an attitude but they just sound not happy to be there and I can get that at least my order was right in the evening! I’ll take don’t wanna be here and a right order over happy and here is your order wrong. Won’t be coming back here in the morning I’ll go else where in the morning.

We went today to pick up a.mobile order. The person ahead of us ordered a huge order. I was saying to my husband that that size order should have been placed inside and not the drive thru expecting it would take forever. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't! They got the order out so quick and we scooped up our coffees and were on our way! Very impressed wit the crew and will be back!!

Absolutely horrible service. Drove up to the drive through and a talked to a unfriendly lady who hates her job and customers. Drove up to the window and was trying to get my code up to pay and she rolled her eyes at me.I come over here to go to the drive through, because it’s more accessible to me, but they’ve been known to up the price of drinks and food. ($3 usually for bagel bites to $6.) they’ve done this a numerous amount of times and I’ve confronted them on raising a drink price by $4 compared to other locations :(
