Really underwhelming! The food quality did not match the pricing and the place was extremely overcrowded. The wings tasted like fake chicken, the kids pizza was clearly frozen. Would not recommend.

Meh. I ordered take out at the restaurant, and they said the pizza would take 25 minutes or thereabouts. It was over an hour, perhaps due to heavy Saturday night busy hour. The XL cheese pizza itself was not that impressive, for the $18 I spent. It was rather light and insubstantial. The $18 was a special weekend-only deal. The dining room looked inviting enough, and it’s nice there’s a sit-down pizza place in Bolingbrook. The butter crust is a different take, but it’s a bit over-hyped.

My wife and I came in and Alyssa was so amazing. She answered our many questions and everything she recommended was SUPERB. Clean atmosphere, amazing service and food. As someone who travels a lot this experience is at the very top of my list all thanks to Alyssa!

Honestly the food was so bad that I couldn’t wait to get out of there. The HRI original sauce was sour and unpleasant. The chicken breast in the chicken dippers was an actual chicken breast cut into 6 pieces; dry and lacked flavor. The mac n cheese looked like it was craft Mac n cheese out of the box. The only thing that was good was the fries which we got as an appetizer. The rest of the meal was a disappointment. Needles to say we won’t be returning and will let out family and friends know this way they can save their money and their stomach. The service was great though so 5 stars to our server.
