Just stopped by to grab my in app pick up order. One sandwich, chips, and a cookie that I used my loyalty points on. I get home and it’s just the sandwich. Without my pickles & not “extra peppers” They even forgot to add the mustard packets I asked for…… No chips or cookie. Very upsetting. Would love a refund!

I ordered a sandwich, chips & a cookie & it took over an hour & a half to be delivered to me…. Pathetic. I called the manager & all he had to say was it’ll be here soon.

They mess up your order everytime, and if they give you a replacement order its still messed up. Managers and team leads have no form of proper communication with one another, and lack training. A refund shouldn't take almost 3 weeks to just start to be processed because one manager didn't tell the GM. Customers shouldn't have to keep calling over and over because the location can't get its stuff together ?‍♀️

Went and got a turkey sandwich with cheese. $17 for a sandwich with hardly any meat on it so not worth the price overpriced.

I tried to give this location another try after previous orders were incorrect. I ordered an un-which and paid extra for turkey. Unfortunately there were only two slices along the lettuce. I wouldn't be so upset if you didn't charge $1.50 for extra. It almost seems as though less turkey was put on it than normal. The rest of the ingredients thankfully were correct

Terrible people terrible delivery can’t even read a mailbox and drops it off at somebody else’s house. Waited for over an hour and a half for food manager didn’t even care.

This isn’t anyone’s fault who works at jimmy Johns besides maybe the higher ups. But I don’t know if a general manager or a higher up could maybe fix customers being able to place deliveries if they don’t have a delivery driver. My food took over an hour to come which isn’t the employees faults it’s whoever is in charge and has access to turning off online ordering till they have staff to do it. I won’t support any jimmy johns ever again. You realize how much pressure and stress that puts on the people working? People angry about not getting their food. Customers talking to them reckless for minimum wage pay. Please give store locations access to turning off the delivery feature till they have the appropriate amount of staff there. I read some of the Karen reviews. maybe this place doesn’t have good management or support. Also pro tip for anyone who orders food. Covid is over it wouldn’t hurt to get some extra steps in and stop ordering curbside.

This review was inspired by a few missing pieces of salami, a cup of kickin' ranch, and the customer service I received when raising the issue.A few days ago, I ordered online, and wound up missing the salami I paid an additional $1.75 for and the Kickin Ranch' I paid an additional 69 cents for.Today I thought I could bring the receipt in store and rectify this issue since I frequent store #629 with my business a few times a month both in person and through online ordering. The gentlemen behind the counter basically informed me I needed to call the day of and rudely wrote me off by telling me to contact the GM before turning to help the people who just came in through the door. I understand the urgency that calling would have allowed for, but I got to it as soon as I could by returning to the store in person instead.I didn't request a free sandwich or anything extra, simply what I paid for. The gentlemen informed me that I should have called the day of and wrote me off from there.The issue could have been resolved by just providing the products I paid for on a sandwich I was willing and ready to pay for again, but instead I am forced to work with a third party and leave this review because it was too much effort apparently to give me a few pieces of salami and the Ranch to complete my order from a few days ago.Not sure who ruined this guy's day, but at least he'll be ready and willing to throw down the book at anyone who got the cheese they paid for but not the salami and Ranch from a few days ago for potentially lying. Over $2.44? Hmm...Stay away from this store, there are literally so many other local Jimmy John's you can go to that aren't this petty, man...Thanks for the two years of service, but unfortunately this is not how recurrent customers who still show up in person to resolve issues should handled. The food is always the same, a quick sandwich. The service was terrible, we order ahead and thought that by the time we would get to the store our sandwich would be ready, we had to wait over 10min by the curbside because the guy was taking his sweet time and even after we got there he remained seated and didn't care to make our sandwich, not so much for freaky fast!!!

Waited over an hour for food that never came was told that delivery driver knocked called and rang door bell. However none of those things happened extremely upset. Guy on phone was unbothered by it. If I could give zeros stars I would.

They ran out of bread. Lol! How do you run out of bread it's one of your main components. Management needs to step it up! Waited 20 minutes for the bread to cook. I needed some steak sandwiches so I waited. Should've received some kind of discount.

I went at 8.30 pm. The lights were turned off as soon as they show me they were completely unhappy because I took their sleeping on the couch time. This teenager really need to learn manners and work ethics.(it wil really help them in future.) Do not giggle behind customers back and make fun of him(no manners at all).The management really need to look into this. Otherwise this place is going down for sure.

Usually receive great service here but I ordered 2 $20 sandwiches last night at 7:43pm and they were TRASH! In this ecenomy nobody likes to waste money. This is the closest Jimmy Johns to me, but if it's going to be a WASTE OF MONEY then I'd rather go elsewhere or STOP doing business with JJs. I am very upset that my family didn't call this in when they saw the sandwiches with the tuna hanging out of them and not even in the bread. They don't like to complain, but I believe in getting my money's worth and I'm very dissappointed that my monet was thrown in the TRASH last night. Do Better!
