I don't usually do this, but I have to share. the Chicken Parm sandwich at this establishment is not only horrible tasting, but an insult to what is considered one of the hardest Italian entree's to mess up. Messing up a chicken Parmesan is the equivalent to messing up a hot dog, it's damn near impossible. I draw the line at shredded unmelted cheddar cheese on top of what I think were boneless wings? Take that off your menu, it's embarrassing. The waitress was very nice and that is the only reason why I'm giving 2 stars. Take the accomodating service out of the question, and you'd be left with 0.

Food was 5/10. There was 1 gentleman caring for 10 + tables which made the service EXTREMELY slow. There was one girl working the front and when it was time to pay, she kept ignoring for 10 minutes and trying to flag the server to take care of us. It really made it for an overwhelming experience.

Great Experience!!! Food was very good. We had Mushroom Burger and a Tuna Burger. Both were Delicious! Attention to detail was spot on. We had Old Fashions that were perfect. We will be back. My Sister and I went here for Happy Hour we got the chicken wings, chicken bites and fries. The best part was the drinks The Georgia Peach was amazing Marco B. has great customer service. We will be back for the drinks.

The food was good but the service was absolutely horrendous. Food randomly showed up at out table, never at once. Zero refills. Took 20 mins to even receive our drinks even had to remind our waitress about the alcohol beverages that were never brought. Can't imagine this place if it was actually busy.

By far the worst spot I have been to in the promenade. Went there at 2pm on a Saturday and they had one waitress who doubled as a bartender, shout out to her for having a great attitude and doing her best, poor girl. You also had the manager cooking which was apparent by my niece an Nephews blackened chicken tenders. Btw they were not blackened on the menu they came out like coal balls and were sent to the table. Barf!!! The tots weee also like grey colored so the fryer was either filled with old oil or someone didn't know what they were doing, maybe that's what happens when the manager cooks. Burgers were mediocre at best and if that's going to be your signature item you might want to try and make them good. I'm guessing this place won't be around muhh ch longer but if it is, avoid it.

My son and I decided to have burgers on a Sunday afternoon and found this location. The food and service were both amazing. Great location in the Promenade. We look forward to going back.

The reviews don't lie. Everywhere else in the Promenade had a 45-50 minute wait so we came here as a last resort. The place was empty and dark. There were only four other tables of customers. The service was nothing to write home about and the beers were just barely cold. We ended up just putting ourselves on a waitlist for another restaurant and left ASAP. It's a shame such a great space is going to waste....please sell to a serious restaurant owner who can take advantage of this great location!
