Krave is honestly one of the places that I can say makes great food! The service was awesome, prices are fair, and the atmosphere is awesome! Try them out you won’t be disappointed

We had an amazing experience on our first trip to Krave for breakfast. Service was great, the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. We are definitely going again.
I would have loved to give 5 stars to this place because the food was good and the server was nice. But they had a Balloon man walking around and he would go to all the tables with children. I watched him as he went to every other table EXCEPT ours. And I can only conclude it was because we were BLACK. My daughter kept asking is he going to come to our table. I kept thinking I'm sure he will but he never did. And when new people came in with there non black children he went straight to their tables. It was very sad because I have not felt discriminated against like this in a long time. And to have my daughter feeling a sad way as to why the balloon man didn't come to our table was hard for me to explain. So I just told her the truth I believed it to be, which is we were black. I pray this is not common practice for this establishment. This was our first visit here and it was darkend by this unfortunate event with the balloon man.I don't like the up charge for using credit/debit cards either.

I recommended this restaurant to my friend after my enjoyable first visit. Unfortunately she could not say the same for hers. The food this time around was still tasty and the service was good. But I noticed that the man walking around making balloon figures for the children did not stop at our table to make one for my friend’s daughter. She asked if she could get a balloon while he was within earshot and her mother replied yes when he comes to our table. He then proceeded to walk to other tables around the restaurant making balloons for non-black kids never coming over to ours. We feel we received this treatment because we are black. This was a disappointing experience to witness after highly recommending this place. And I hate that it marred the impression for my friend and her daughter.

WOW! $17 for a vegetarian omelet. It's not like it was steak. The cheapest on the breakfast menu was $10 for eggs & bacon. Place was empty. Won't be going back.
Went on a Tuesday night at about 7:15. No one in the restaurant but it took a really long time to receive our food. On the other hand, the Philly Cheesesteak that I ordered was superb. Will definitely go back and try something else.

I came in on a weekend for brunch. I only ordered a steak skillet, and it took over 25mins for the food to come out. I slowly drank 2 cups of coffee at this point. I believe the kitchen feels really slow, I witnessed multiple tables empty with no food for long periods of time. Also the host or hostess is never in front. Even though getting seated is really fast, it can take up to 5mins for the hostess to come out from the back. Same with checking out, the hostess seems to keep going back to help out in the kitchen or something, so it can take up to 5mins just to checkout, when it can be really fast if she just stayed in front. Also dislike that there is an additional 3% charge for the processing fee for credit cards when the food is already expensive. The process needs to be a little more smoother so the overall experience can be better. I don't think I will be coming back.

So being an out of towner, I googled ‘best eats of…’ and found Krave. It was a Monday night about 7 pm but it was minimally busy and definitely no wait. It was after Valentine’s Day, but decorated as such, as well as a Christmas tree decked out in heart decor, to our amusement. I ordered the pot roast dinner and my fiancee the chicken Caesar wrap. I ordered the Caesar salad and didn’t mind the $1 extra charge. It was unremarkable. The dressing didn’t taste like Caesar and the croutons were just small toasted squares. My partner echoed my statement in her house salad. We weren’t even halfway done when we got our meals. I was instantly surprised there were no rolls or bread with my meal. The gravy on the mashed potatoes and in the pot roast was pretty basic. Nothing special, but VERY wet. The broccoli was blanched and lukewarm. I had to salt them. My fiancee indicated her wrap didn’t taste like Caesar dressing either. We had no issues with the prices but for the quality of the meals, we were left disappointed. My lemonade was good, but surprised that they put a limit on refills for soft drinks, lemonade, etc. Coffee refills are unlimited. Our server was sweet and lovely, but the only one waiting tables so she was kept pretty busy. She was caught off guard when I asked for bread or a roll. She offered white toast but came out with 2 warm dinner rolls, to my pleasure. When we got the receipt, we were surprised that they tacked on an extra charge for electronic purchases. Wow.Maybe other items are tastier, but we were left thinking it was overpriced for mediocre food. That said, I did like and agree with the statements of diversity support and love on the receipt.

Food really isn't that great... my husbands skillet was cold, the pancakes tasted like I had just eaten a spoonful of flour and super bland, and the bacon just had a weird taste to it. The service was slow, and there were hardly any people there when we went, so we didn't know why it took 15 mins for our server to even greet us, and over 20 mins for our food to come out. The restaurant itself is big, and the atmosphere is nice, but it's just very disappointing that the food wasn't good. It seemed very disorganized too, almost like there was a lack of management.
