I was very excited to come here and try their sweets but they look better than they taste. They are very filling and the portions are big. Not all fruit was fresh, some of them are soggy. Ice cream looks creamy but even the milk one has a watery taste. Not sure if it is like this at every location but i would not recommend this one at least.

I went there today wanting an elote. My 2 year old son has egg allergies so he can’t have the mayo and I know he’d just like a little corn. I asked for a small elote but if I can have a separate cup to put a little bit of my plain corn in it and they said it was going to cost $1 extra for the cup. How ridiculous is that? I’d understand less of a charge maybe. The elote itself is going to cost $6 with tax plus add the extra $1, $7? This place is a joke and their service staff are rude. I’d recommend other locations. Not this one.

Good afternoon, in my personal opinion, it is a super place, very cozy, you have a pleasant and different time, an excellent place to share a delicious ice cream or any variety that the menu offers, the people are very cordial and attentive with a good attitude, a very clean and neat place, each person has their own workplace, perhaps the experiences of some have not been the best but there is opportunity to improve and we learn from that. thank you

I was disappointed because they didn’t sell any raspados. Also when I got my corn it looked good, but when I stir it to mix everything it looked super watery and I didn’t taste any of the Mayo and cheese everything just turn into water. I notice how they use corn from the Can. Will not be returning to this location.
My family and have been coming here since it opened never had a problem every time I come I spend at lease 60-70 dollars. Tonight my family and I decided to stop by for a dessert we were eating inside when my 5 year old daughter had to use the restroom and one of the young ladies told me in a rude manner that both the restroom were out of order. How is that possible where do all those employees use the restroom. That bad experience has made me not want to come back for a while.

Waited for like 5 min for someone to come to the front. When someone finally got to the front he looked at me and started talking on the phone with out acknowledging me or even saying someone will be with you shortly. Walked right out. Don’t waste your money or time go to the one by fiesta market. They are more attentive with their customers and nice. Portions seem bigger too ?
